“The evaluation was good, but I paid an extra $50 to get a “guaranteed” 3 business days review. It came on the 4th in the late afternoon. I did not receive an apology or a refund of any kind, which is disappointing.”

“IEE is responsive to questions and requests by phone or via email. They make every effort to complete all requests in a timely manner to support service delivery. The platform is not too complex, nor is it difficult to navigate. Finaly, I appreciate the updates regarding what files have been recieved and which ones are lacking in order to complete the ordered service. IEE makes the education evaluation process straightforward.”

“I received an email about the completion of my order (evaluation of my degree). It has been mentioned that the report has been sent to me via email; however, I have not received the report yet. I sent an email to the costumer service but they have not replied yet.”
