“I've been looking at all the other credentialling agency during the pandemic because I was planning to get my credentials evaluated. So far the best customer service is with this agency. The chat support was very convenient and answers all of my question promptly. Also they made the requiremenrs much easier! I would definitely recommend this agency and may you help more people in their evaluatoon! Thank you for the good service!”

“I appreciate how fast the evaluation proceeded. My university staff actually made it slower, but when i communicated with them the evaluation result came in a few days. I’m pleased with the customer service IEE offered. Chat assistants were always available (as early as 3 am). Thanks to the assistants I was able to proceed easily, especially the assistant named Maria.”

“I approached IEE on a recommendation. I needed to have my diplomas evaluated. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of service. My diplomas were checked in 3 days and I received an electronic confirmation. A week after the evaluation started I received a letter with the original decision. IEE helped me to get the service I needed in a very short time. Thank you.”

“i wanted to get a review of my european medical degree... as quickly as possible. the MyIEE website was clear and the fees and speeds were straightforward. i prepped and sent my stuff, and i got email updates as the process proceeded --- fast and ahead of schedule. the whole thing was smooth and took about a week --- not paying for the fastest deliveries both ways. i haven't opened my sealed evaluations, but the online unofficial review looked fine.”
