“I took one order forone product and i exchanged it wrong product i received i compliant tooany time for coustomer care no one sloved my problem i lost time and I lost money also its second time for me this app is not good”

“Myntra "The Chors/Thieves" Took the payment of Rs 1150 & did not deliver the consignment. When confronted , they had no reason's , No excuses , No explanations. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MYNTRA. OTHER ONLINE SITES ARE MUCH BETTER THAN MYNTRA.”

“I had placed two orders on August 9th and this was supposed to be delivered in August 14th and 15th. However, it was delayed and there was no update from Myntra till I approached the customer care(CC) on August 15th. When I called the CC, they gave me an update quite different from what was on the website tracker or app. They also raised an T an incident and said they would resolve by August 19th. On August 19th, again, there was no update and I followed up again on August 20th. Again they said, an update would be provided in 24 hrs. Nothing happened after 24 hours. Again I called up on August 22nd. Same apologies and same story of another 24 hours. I am really annoyed at the way Myntra is servicing the customers. It's just pathetic service with no value to customer sentiments. I can understand, if one order was delayed, but both orders from different sellers. Only common thing is platform, which is MYNTRA. Ridiculous!”

“I purchased an inner garment from Myntra . They sent a defective product. Since this is an inner garment , no return or replacement available. After a long fight with them, they made a partial refund. It is very unfortunate, customers are penalizing for the mistake of their sellers. Because of this bad experience, I gave one star review to that particular order. It is very surprising, they did not publish that review in their website. Now I can understand why all their products have 5* review. Be careful, before placing an order through Myntra.”

“VERY VERY BAD & PATHETIC DELIVERY MECHANISM OF MYNTRA....ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT THE RECIPIENT DID NOT RECIEVE THE CONSIGNMENT....ON TOP OF THAT CUSTOMER CARE & GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL OF MYNTRA HAS " WE GIVE A DAMN & DO NOT CARE" ATTITUDE.... “Recently, I bought a dress, and after the first wash, the color started fading. I complained to Myntra customer care. They messaged me saying the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. But after 48 hours, when I followed up, they again said it would be resolved in another 48 hours. They also told me not to return or do anything until the issue is resolved. It has been 5 days now, and I haven't received any response from them. Very bad customer service from Myntra.”

“I have ordered six items. After receiving ordered items one item was not good in fitting and look, so I ask myntra for return an refund for the same. They denied by giving reason that item is not in sealed condition and loop tag is missing (in fact when I received this item there was no loop tag inside, and now they says that loop tag is missing) In fact some one have return the product without loop tag and that product is sent to me without loop tag and now they are not accepting my return. Really hopeless”

“I ordered ladies dress material and received one with another design. I tried to return it through the app but did not get any response on it. Had to call customer care for pickup. The person who came to pick up showed me pics of an absolutely different product (night suit) and rejected to accept the return of the dress material. After that I spoke to customer care atleast 6 times before the last I could get return done successfully and got my refund. Most of their customer care executives are untrained & unprofessional. They keep you on hold for 15-20 min and have no clue about what to do. Myntra has very poor return system. Such big name but so disappointing!”

“It gives you tracking on your order but you can't do it. My order was delayed and when I tried to track it, no response. No update on when it will be delivered. On raising complaint, it showed out for delivery but the still I'm still waiting for my order for 5days.”

“Very disappointed with the service. I returned the product, but the app falsely claims it hasn’t been received, and my refund was declined. This feels like a clear case of fraud, and it’s extremely frustrating to deal with such dishonesty. I strongly advise against shopping on Myntra – their customer service and return process are highly unreliable. Don’t buy anything from Myntra.”

“Myntra has cheated me by sending a different product. When I requested for an exchange and placed order for the new product, It came to my door steps but not delivered by the delivery boy. He didn't even pick the wrong product. Surprisingly, they initiated sone internal investigation and put my delivery on hold as if this was my fault. On calling customer care , I was told that we have raised a query with courier partner and I have to wait until approval comes. They made a mistake or may be it was deliberately done. But I am the one who is waiting for my product to be delivered. Myntra is highly u professional and their customer service Delivery is pathetic.”

“has defrauded me by failing to resolve the issue with my order placed on 28th Dec (Order ID: #1287254). Despite repeated follow-ups and CEO escalations, they’ve neither canceled nor refunded (almost ₹1700) stuck with them. Take ownership and resolve this now!”

“I ordered Jade T shirt Invoice no 12425JA00002791 dt 26 dec 2023, was delivered with totally wrong item with different brand without tag. But my return was rejected with false reason. I ordered of amt 14089/- total with the same invoice , the you people were making me wrong for the penny amount of one shirt . This is totally scam by You and your delivery agent who delivered and cheated with us or may be covering up fraud attempt by your any employee.”

“PLEASE DONOT Purchase anything from Myntra. Its a big time fraud company. I ordered a fragrance worth of Rs.2500 for discounted price of Rs.850, the package arrived EMPTY! I complained 6-7 times over span of 15 days, they claim to have shipped sealed product. They are denying refund money or reshipping. I have written to consumer forum, awaiting a response. MYNTRA IS A BIG TIME FRAUD SCAM PLEASE DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.”

“Choose Myntra only if you do COD If you make a purchase on Myntra, make sure you only do cash on delivery. Their call center agents are bad including manager. They have no idea of what they are saying. Their courier ekart is also very bad. They deliver half the products and then give no solutions. OTP is taken even before we can validate if all products are delivered. It's cheating the customers”
