“MNYTRA FRAUD: I didn't expect this behaviour from MYNTRA. My return order was initiated, also the agent picked up the return but he didn't update the status and also did not initiate a refund. I called the customer care and also the escalation team several times but no use. Worst experience with Myntra. They don't even keep data and track of the agent who is attempting to pickup or deliver the product. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..... “I received a completely different product so I requested a refund. Product was picked up after 3 days it was returned to me that I am a wrong product. I can return whatever I received from where am I supposed to return the right product?? Despite of multiple complaints no action was taken.”

“Horrible experience. Pathetic customer service. Cheaters in the delivery chain. even the delivery person has been taught how to trick customers. we received a broken item. this is my last purchase from myntra. but the wayt hey are growing, they dont care.”

“I am writing this post with deep disappointment and dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience with Myntra. Over a month ago, I returned two products, and yet, the company has not processed my refund. Despite calling customer support more than 10 times, each time I was assured a resolution within 48 hours, but no action has been taken, and I received no further response. This is not the level of service one expects from a reputed platform like Myntra. It's essential to hold companies accountable for their commitments to their customers.”

“Warning ⚠️ Wrong Product , Online Fraud Never ever buy from this app. This app is not trustworthy at all. I have received wrong product 3 rd time from this app , some not having price tag, some not having brand name, and one with different brand name and when I have put return request Myntra haven't accepted the return and have not refunded me the amount, this is absolutely FRAUD with their customers. Also have to chat, call support multiple times for follow up yet they only ask more and more time and do not resolve issues or say they have delivered right product without giving any proof to customer. I have also taken videos while opening the product yet return is not accepted. Also they don't have the service to open the product in front of the agent when he/she come to deliver the product. It's just the one way check when returning the product and not when receiving the product. Surely they are makeing online money by doing fraud with customer. I hope this company shuts down soon for they are doing so much Fraud.”

“😡😡😡 After Flipkart has taken over there has been lot of issues I have been facing with Myntra. It shows express delivery and the order shows out for delivery but it never gets delayed or not a single call saying. When call the delivery agent he is not picking up the phone. 😡😡😡😡😡 I use to trust Myntra but Flipkart has *uck badly and on top of that CS team keeps the call on hold and then discounted the call. 😡😡😡😡 Guys don't trust them they are layers 😡😡😡”

“New fraud by myntra..! They send product WITHOUT PRICE TAG. Then refuce return due to that. Then register an incorrect complaint of "incorrect product recieved", which was never said anywhere. Cancel the return as they had send the right product. And thus you are forced to keep the product. Happened 4 times with me. I even had the VIDEO OF OPENING the product. Yet they totally ignored it. There customer service is beyond worst, they are all robots just repeat 1 thing on loop. Even if they understand the issue, they don't do anything.”

“Really it is very bed application. I have order the dress and it was not fitted me and i have created the return. For 3 days continuously i am getting the message for out of pickup but nobody came for pickup and nobody has called me after 3 days the pickup has cancelled without checking the product with reason quality not passed.agin i have created the return and raised the complaint this is happened again. Nobody came for pickup and with same reason gain they have rejected. The told can’t do anything because it is declined from internally. This is myntra and pickup people fault but they harassed the customer. No solution i have received for that and i don’t know how many people has suffered with this application”

“Never ever order from Myntra by prepaid method they made you wait for long and when the prices go up they cancel your order without any reason .Please i request you all delete Myntra app they are thieves and never ever buy Myntra vouchers.When ever you order from Myntra on affordable price they cancel it with only one reason that's technical issue despite earlier while tracking those orders they show you reached next door to your cities delivery hub after they shows delayed delivery and then cancel it by themselves so I request you all go to play store rate 1 star and also appeal people to delete the app.”

“I'm incredibly frustrated with Myntra.com due to their consistent failure to meet delivery timelines. I placed an order three weeks ago, expecting it within 5-7 days as promised. However, the package is still nowhere in sight. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, all I've received are generic apologies and excuses about 'unforeseen delays'. Worst experience and no more purchases from Mintra.”

“No product received, no refund and return for fake rules. Status shows delivered on june 2, but no msg received. I my side i thought it is delayed or tech issue, may be i will receive delay.but i noticed it shows its delivered. But even now i complained, they told it should be claimed after 72 hours of delivery. Now they got my money and robbed my some one or kept by themself”

“I have ordered around 15 products from Myntra during end of season sale, and firstly they haven't delivered any product on time and then later raising a complain ,they started cancelling my products ,then again when I raised the issue they said they are going through some technical issue, they hereby don't cancel and delay any of my products and today they have cancelled all my products, worst experience with the customer care giving me a reason of some technical issue, if you have issues first thing to do is to stop taking orders. Highly disappointed.”

“Myntra is running a new scam. Ordered multiple products and barely 5 minutes after a few got delivered, I needed to exchange because of size issues, Myntra did not allow an exchange stating that the product cannot be collected from the pickup address...if that is the case why did Myntra accept the orders at that address? The offered to return the product, however they are returning less than half of what was paid for the products.. This is a scam. A new one in the long list of scams by Myntra”

“Respected Sir/Madam, my order was cancelled due to the delivery agent's laziness and carelessness. Your agent is intentionally not delivering my product. He is getting my order cancelled by default by attempting to undelivered the product three times. All this is happening continuously. No action is being taken even after I have complained repeatedly. I am not getting any resolution from your complaint department either. Now I am going to complain to the consumer court because I am not getting any resolution from Myntra Team. Regards Sadhana”
