“I bought Roadster shoes from Myntra and its sole broke just after a month and a few days. We bought it on Jan 2nd 2024 and it broke in first week of Feb itself. I contacted both Roadster and Myntra via email but no response, even on Instagram they chose to ignore. Highly unprofessional behaviour and weird response from their customer care person, who kept repeating one line - “the return period of one month has ended”. I was not returning the shoes, the low quality shoes broke in just 1 month. Nowhere was it written in the product description that the warranty period of the shoes were one month. We didn’t contact them after months of buying the shoes, it had only been a month and it broke. We informed them in an email about this but instead of providing a solution they ignored. Also rejected my review and later posted it without pictures. Even a roadside shoes will last more than a month. First they provide low quality product and then they ignore everything. Customer care service and product both are pathetic. Please note: Roadster is owned by Myntra.”

“While I have not experienced any issues with their delivery and regular exchange. But recently I shopped for few items and qualified for additional bank discount. Had to return one of the items as the fit was not good but if I returned then the bank discount was getting adjusted in the amount to be refunded hence I wanted to opt for the new options 'STYLE EXCHANGE'. I tried selecting around 8-10 different items but all of them appeared as not deliverable at pincode which definitely is a bug from their end. I called up customer care & they asked me to send an email. Ticket was opened when I emailed but the same was closed without resolving the issue. I escalated the issue to myntra escalation id and even shared this on Twitter but till date no one has bothered to even respond to the email. Did not expect such a disgusting approach from Myntra. Will not be shopping anything ever again from them.”

“Recently I placed order and literally waited for a week to get my order and then after a week my order was cancelled by seller(happened with 2-3 products) Then that seller listed that same product with double price. When I asked customer care what is this, they gave me very rude replies (like ::: you should see and order if it’s in stock[dude it was in stock, then only I was able to place order] and your money wasn’t debted and it’s debted after ur order is shipped [then why did u initiated refund and told me you will get back your money within 7 working days] and many more)and wasted my time. They don’t and never provide any proper solutions and never take actions on sellers who CHEAT people.”

“Never expected this kind of service from Myntra …..I had given 2 items for exchange and till now haven’t received the product ….the delivery executive comes and says we haven’t received the exchange product so we can’t give you the exchange product….the delivery executives are also so rude they don’t know how to talk and behave with the customers and Myntra is not even bothered….they haven’t worked on my complaint also …..if I don’t get my refund or the exchange product I will take legal action…..I know Myntra is not bothered about any reviews or feedback but I am writing this so that others don’t fall into their trap and be care full ……terrible this is”

“The service has become really pathetic day by day , itseems we should not order a prepaid order because this is really not safe in terms of myntra as i had a ordered some prepaid stuffs and in which there were 3 products from which one stuff was not delivered and was waiting as the estimated date reached i randomly checked the status of product which to my surprise was showing delivered - crazy even the delivery was not attempted and status is delivered it was a good waste of money i had ordered kotty trousers priced 336 rs .”

“I ordered a jacket from Myntra, but to my dismay, it arrived in terrible condition. When the delivery person came for the exchange, they outright refused to accept it due to its poor state. I promptly contacted Myntra’s help desk and provided them with photos of the product, showing all the seals and tags intact. However, Myntra’s response was disappointing. They informed me that my claim for returning the product couldn’t be accommodated because it had supposedly passed their quality check. It’s frustrating when an app for shopping falls short of expectations, and it feels like they’re just registering complaints without taking any meaningful action. My experience with Myntra has been far from satisfactory. 🛒📦”

“I have placed the order on 7th of feb 2024 and they have cancel my product on 11th of February stating that they cannot deliver the product on my pin code. But as you know once you select your order, you need to put your pin code over there to confirm that seller deliver that product to your pin code or not. So I placed the order and the order get cancelled on 11th of February and then I contacted to the Myntra escalation team and then they told me that your order is cancelled because we do not deliver that product to your pin code, and the same day I placed the same order again and I was on the call with the agent of escalation team and they assured me that Your order will not get cancelled again on that call so I place the order. But today evening I receive SMS stating that your order has been cancelled my three my 3 order was cancelled today and then I contacted to Myntra customer care team. They have firstly transformer call to escalation team. Then there was a boy who put my call on hold for minimum 24 minutes and after that he transferred the call to her escalation manager Chetna and she told me the same thing that we could not deliver the product on your pin code. If they could not deliver the product on my pin code why they even allowing me to place the order it was a very worst customer service I have experience in my life. Myntra is very worst do not order anything from Myntra. Worst website ever and the customer care team is even worse than their website and the escalation team and their manager. They don’t even know how to handle the customer. I am dissatisfied with the customer service. They are not even listening, what I’m saying and they were on the repeat that they cannot help me a upfrontly they were saying they cannot help me.”

“this myntra is only trying to loot people. If you order in a bulk amount, definitely they will miss one product and then they won't refund your money. v bad custom care. they will act as if they are working on your complaint but actually they don't bother to update you and simply close your complaints. very bad experience”

“I have received wrong product on 11 Jan and have raise exchange request then I confirm wronge product will not be return or exchange. I have raised query immediately when delivery partner not accepted the wrong product for exchange or return. Today 28 Jan my query has not yet resolved but they have sent mail your query has been resolved. I am an elite customer of myntra still they are treating us like this. Previously I have faced another issue on 25 Dec23. Product was missing and also not resolving my query... They are money stealer. They are thief. Their manager also saying same thing and not resolving my query. My review also not approved by them.”

“I had ordered jockey assorted inners . I received completely wrong product . After calling 5 times also customer care people declined my request. They said it is not under our policy to return or refund I accept this but sending wrong and cheap product will fall under your policy? I’m writing this review because I’m helpless. Please do the needful. Thanks”

“Customer support is worse. Had to return a product but they refused to give a refund for it repeating again and that we have quality assured the product which I’m pretty sure they didn’t through which I received a damaged product but they are adamant on providing the return and refund for something which we are not responsible for.”

“Hi, I bought couple of t shirts, Shirts and 2 jeans around Oct 2023 however I have just opened Roadster Men Green & White Striped Polo Collar Pure Cotton T-shirt - Size: S – However it looks like I have received large instead of small as size is very big then small for sure – as I frequently buy from Myntra and it has never happened before. Tag on the t shirt is “S” but it’s definitely not small and size is for Large. Original tags are still there – but company do not care. I sent couple of messages to the Myntra official but they refused to help me out and advise to go for legal or any other alternative and that is the reason I am submitting my complain here and will also request through public grievance ministry of consumer affairs to look into this and provide any resolution. “Worst getting day by day . No customer centric and no bother about the customer. Opted another alternate online delivery app which is far more better than myntra. Requesting everyone to opt tha same and bycott and diacard myntra and flipkart as these are cheater and worst shopping portals now.”
