“ Very disappointed with the service. I returned the product, but the app falsely claims it hasn’t been received, and my refund was declined. This feels like a clear case of fraud, and it’s extremely frustrating to deal with such dishonesty. I strongly advise against shopping on Myntra – their customer service and return process are highly unreliable. Don’t buy anything from Myntra. ”

“ PLEASE DONOT Purchase anything from Myntra. Its a big time fraud company. I ordered a fragrance worth of Rs.2500 for discounted price of Rs.850, the package arrived EMPTY! I complained 6-7 times over span of 15 days, they claim to have shipped sealed product. They are denying refund money or reshipping. I have written to consumer forum, awaiting a response. Myntra IS A BIG TIME FRAUD SCAM PLEASE DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ”
