“I have been using their products for the past two years without issues until now. I placed an order on 1/1/21 (today is the 12th) and have been receiving emails every other day alerting me that my order has been delayed, but there is no estimated delivery date. I sent an email asking for an estimated date and have yet to get a response.”

“Great products, some are incorrectly labelled. The problem is when you point it out to customer services it takes 10+ messages for them to realise their error as they're clueless on their own products. Finally admit it's wrong then still don't change it. Lcarnitine powder states under product overview that it's acetyl lcarnitine, so which one is it as they are 2 different products. If you asked for fish and chips you wouldn't except sausage and chips because it's partly correct.”

“Great products and some are bargain prices but the customer service seriously needs some work. Late anyway because a busy black Friday (no prior warning) then take the afternoon off to be in for delivery to have to phone, find out my product is coming now from Poland and will be here next week. No advance warning or info, not even an apology after.”
