“Please can you change your open sign today on your website!! My father of 75 years of age cycled to your shop today.. Only to find it was closed. OK maybe he should have telephoned prior to coming down but he didn't. He has however been a good customer for five years now. When he knocked on he was told quite abruptly "we are closed" Could you not just have sold him some tobacco as an act of goodwill? There are not many places that stock the tobacco he likes.
