“I will never order anything from this company. I ordered something on 11/15/24 and was told that it would be delivered by 11/21/24. I called on 11/21/24 and was told that it hadn’t been picked from the shelf and that it was going to shipped on that day. I called back again 3 days later because fedex tracking has said that it wasn’t picked up from shipper and was told that they don’t know why it hasn’t shipped yet. So I cancelled my order and won’t be ordering anything again.”

“I bought the 4" and 4"×10" edge protectors and they work well with everything I've hauled so far. A couple of the products forced the protectors to expand out of shape, but they have returned to original shape just fine.”

“I ordered 2-6foot winch tracks. Was supposed to arrive on November 28 via FedEx never received the order called four times kept getting the runaround telling me that the Dallas location was sending the order. Never received it. Was told they were gonna call me back to give me an update every time I called never got an update. I spoke to a lady named Jordan and the guy named Jonah and they were probably the same people who were answering the phone on the other days and never called me back trying to cover their ass. Requested a refund because apparently they can’t do their job and get the order sent out that you pay for. Very unprofessional very dissatisfied. “My package was not here when it should have been. I am really needing them for my trailer. I got an email stating they would be here by Wednesday and now I'm being told expecting by Dec 9th very unsatisfied.”

“I didn't expect such bad service from this company, I send an email and they don't get back to me, my order that was for 11/26/24 has not yet been delivered in total, my company has two trucks waiting for the equipment and I don't even have I return, a complete lack of respect for the customer, if you want to buy there, don't expect good service.”
