“Purchased the tarp twice due to size error. Paid more than $100 in shipping. First rain it soaked up water and leaked like there wasn't even a barrier. Very disappointing.”

“Ordered chains and chain rack, box was ripped open during shipment and one of the 10 ft chains was lost in transit. I called customer service and a replacement chain was mailed to me while I was still on phone. The representative gave me the tracking number while we were still on the phone. You can't ask for more than that. Products iv ordered have always been good quality and great customer service.”

“We bought the 4" x 30' blue Mytee flathook straps and 2" x 30' winch straps. The product looks good and works great. My only complaint is waiting at the dock. There's not a lot of room to wait if you are busy. The items I ordered could have been handed over the counter.”

“Fast shipping and great packaging but product did not fit correctly. The X-Change plate I ordered was manufactured a little off on specs and customer service followed up with me promptly and fixed my issue. Highly recommend shopping Mytee!”

“I would advice researching truck trailer pro tarp it is much lighter than mytee and also more durable the tarp tissue. The metal parts are good on mytee, but the total weight is just nuts, I could barely put it on my loads. I got the biggest tarp, and it's just too heavy and not durable enough especially for the weight”

“I have ordered twice from mytee now. I purchased 4” straps and corner protectors the first time and was happy with them so i ordered g70 chain hooks and rachet binders next. So far I am pleased with everything from the pricing to speed of shipping to quality.”
