“Clarity is good so far except some issues of other numbers appearing as caller ID in receipient phone need to checked. Why is the issue happening within a few days after rectification. The number of Credit card appearing in the top up account seems no privacy and may cause unauthorized use or foul play sometimes. Appreciate you look into the matter.”

“Einfach unfassbar! Einfach unfassbar! Erstens: Verbindung mit Russland pure "Glücksache", nach dem Aussage "mytello verbindet " sofortige abbruch(auch pure Glück!),wenn Abbruch na 5 Sekunden dann sofort scheint: -0,25€ Zweitens(echte Schikane): beim heutigen Anruf(endlich geklappt!) Vier Mal muss ich Gespräch beenden,weil nach genau 3 Minuten Gespräch wird Verbindung abgebrochen und gesamte Gespräch abgespielt ( also alle Gespräche wird aufgenommen!!!) Fazit: NIE WIEDER MYTELLO!”

“Ich telefoniere mit mytello nach Sri Lanka. Die Gesprächsminute ist wirklich günstig. Leider ist die Verbindung nicht immer von gleich guter Qualität. Der Kundendienst von mytello ist hervorragend, prompt und freundlich. Ich bin froh um diese günstige Möglichkrit, meine Freunde in Sri Lanka jederzeit zu erreichen.”
