“Bad quality on the calls. and dificult to manage. but still the best cheap option out there for now. if there were a better option i will take that. i dont like my tello but i must use it.”

“Hola, no estoy muy contenta con este servicio, porque está grabado automáticamente un solo número para poder llamar y no hay ninguna opción que dejen a uno mismo marcar el número que quiera el momento de la llamada. Y a parte antes y después de hacer la llamada no te informan del saldo ni de los minutos que tienes para cada llamada. Gracias”

“The connection is really bad. Although it was connected but cant even have a conversation with the other person. Too much noise and cant even hear what the other people is saying/talking. It was a waste of money since credit was still deducted for such bad connection.”

“I had $5.63 credit. I tried to make a phone call to France. It was saying that I have not got enough credit. Then I added another 5$, still it was saying not enough credit to make a call. Not happy at all.”

“I paid my credit to mytello through paypal - ir told me my payment was not successful - I checked paypal - the money transfer was successful - then I dialled to a German landline - the quality was extremely bad - echoes and disturbances and after a few minutes could not hear the other side anymore. I disconnected myself and dialled in again - the same problem happened again. After the third time I gave up. Dies not work this line at all. I ask you to pay back all my money immediately- 10 USD.”
