“I have been using mytello services since a couple of years and I can highly recommend it. It makes my calls abroad a lot cheaper then the regular provider.The quality of the phone calls is excellent and from my point of view there is no reason to complaine.”

“Hello, I am so far very satisfied with the quality of calls (to Ethiopia out of all places!) and with your service. But I do have a very important and critical comment. To my horror I found out that you save my credit card details after top up with out making me aware. I was in shock and I suggest you immediately remove this auto-save and let users choose. I have to manually delete them every time. Thank you, Hanka”

“The phone calls to Landline does not always go through. Also while connecting the number it is not very clear wheather it is connecting or not. You need to improve on intital feedback to connecting user. It is very unclear as what the automated menu says.”
