“Simple, easy, no new sim needed”

“Bin von toolani zu mytello gewechselt und es war die beste Entscheidung. Bei toolani ging plötzlich nichts mehr, der Service hat sich wohl sehr bemüht aber kam nie auf eine Lösung oder nur auf kurzfristige Lösungen. Bei Mytello kann ich problemlos telefonieren. Es kam bisher selten mal vor, dass die Verbindung unterbrochen wurde, aber man ruft nochmal zurück und dann lief es wieder. Ich kann es aufjedenfall empfehlen! Meine Gesprächspartner im Ausland haben auch gleich gemerkt, dass meine Telefonate nun besser funktionieren im Vergleich. Daumen hoch !”

Hi, you are calling to Zimbabwe and they set the price for incoming calls at that level. This is out of our control. But we are 100% transparent about prices and minutes, you can see exactly how many minutes you get before calling. Martin

“I have $25.01 balance and they tell me that I don’t have enough to make a call, no customer service phone number, have to click on chat, I was able to check my email about 8 hours later, answer was quick, within 15 minutes, I was told to try again after they fixed something and I still can’t make any calls”
