“I was supposed to make urgent call to my family. They let me do 1 minutes free call right after the free call , I added $10 to my account. Right from that moment no calls are able to connect. I even tried to call different countries to no avail. Please refund my money. The $10 credit is still on my account. Please take it and refund my money. Is been 4 days since I contacted you guys about my refund no one has contacted me yet . ..”

“Toujours ce me ramène vers une autre personne même si ja m'assure que j'ai entrer le bon numéro je me retrouve à appeller d'autre personne et je me ramasse à écrire un émail pour correction attendre que cela seras fait pas la suite appeller”

“Ich fühle mich schon wegen letzter Telefonaten abgezockt,weil ich einen Satz meiner Gesprächspartnerin 10 Mal(!!!) wie eine Echo anhören muss. Dann muss ich auflegen, ich könnte auf solche Weise nicht telefonieren. Aber habe für solche "leere Gespräche " mein Guthaben aufgebraucht. Das ist schon ärgerlich!”

“So I had mytello Fir few weeks n it went well but one day I try calling the same international # the recording kept saying mytello connect it says 3 times n the phone disconnect I have an emergency call to make try all day n send an email n they say they will respond in 2 hours I wish they activate their chat I'm disappointed at the service n the time it takes to get help I'm looking elsewhere for international service mytello is cheap but the customer service is cheap too”

“Manifestement il y a un gros problème de connexion ,a chaque fois que je téléphone en Algérie ,le correspondant décroche je l'entend pas et lui aussi ne m'entend pas, et je suis débité de 11cts à chaque échec, je vous serais gré de régler ce problème et crédité mon compte de tous les appels qui n'ont pas abouti”

“I don't like it because they claim to be cheap, but is more expensive than all d other calling app. I decided to give it a try and they fail wholly. I prefer d ones that I am using because is cheap and they have better call quality and I can also make calls with my headphone and wifi . But can't do that tello and can't recommend it to people.”

“DO NOT use this place. I've had nothing but trouble ever since day 1 using them. Many times my calls cant connect and many times they repeat and turns robot and not the same person on the phone but a full recording after 1 minute on the phone. They have refund my money back to my account but this has gone on for weeks and weeks and same issue over and over and it's annoying! Stay AWAY from this place”

“Tried to call KSA number of times from Australia. I can hear but other side can't. Line jammed then repeat conversations again and again. Reduce connection fee and call charge for nothing.”
