“The service is incredibly good value for money. And very easy to use. Connection is not 100% but at this price it is fine to have to dial twice sometimes. Quality of sound is acceptable. Much better value than Skype.”

“I tried to add a new number. It seemed to work. When I received the dial-in number it wasn't recognized I then tried the old previous numbers and they don't work anymore! What is going on? Then I emailed you and the reply is that you will reply in some hours time. I forgot how many hours you stated. Phoning you is impossible. Cannot find a phone number for you. Not a good way of doing business. What has happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? George abraham. My issues have been resolved satisfactorily. I was probably hasty with my initial comments. All is well now and apologies for being some what premature with my comments. George Abraham.”

Единственное, почему даю 4 звезды, это то, что связь не всегда хорошего качества со стороны российской линии. Спасибо создателям приложения mytello.”

“I recently moved from the US to Germany, and mytello has been great at allowing me to still manage my ties back in the US through phone calls cheaply. The app is easy to navigate, however I have noticed a few issues. First, the chat (or text) option did not work for me- I was charged but the recipient never received my message. Also, I paid for a virtual number- which successfully routes a US number to my German phone, but the call connection is always TERRIBLE. Usually I can understand the person enough to get them to tell me a call back number that I can call them back at (when I call, versus when someone calls me, the connection is much better), but I certainly could not have a conversation using the virtual number.”
