“I recently moved from the US to Germany, and mytello has been great at allowing me to still manage my ties back in the US through phone calls cheaply. The app is easy to navigate, however I have noticed a few issues. First, the chat (or text) option did not work for me- I was charged but the recipient never received my message. Also, I paid for a virtual number- which successfully routes a US number to my German phone, but the call connection is always TERRIBLE. Usually I can understand the person enough to get them to tell me a call back number that I can call them back at (when I call, versus when someone calls me, the connection is much better), but I certainly could not have a conversation using the virtual number.”

“Wow! I wish I had discovered Mytello a long time ago. I cannot believe how little cost it is to make an international call. My siblings all live in the UK and I call anytime I feel like it now and can never believe how little it costs. Thanks, Mytello! You have made my life so much easier. I no longer worry about how often I call my brother or how long we talk.”

“So I had mytello Fir few weeks n it went well but one day I try calling the same international # the recording kept saying mytello connect it says 3 times n the phone disconnect I have an emergency call to make try all day n send an email n they say they will respond in 2 hours I wish they activate their chat I'm disappointed at the service n the time it takes to get help I'm looking elsewhere for international service mytello is cheap but the customer service is cheap too”
