“Website is not user-friendly. I can not see the calls I made and for how many minutes my calls were either. I put "call history" in -search bar/box-, clicked enter, but nothing happened. Live Chat does NOT work either, because it sends an email.”

Hi Vince, I'm sorry that you didn't found it. Its directly in the customer area in the menu point "calls" you call find all your calls, duration and cost for each call. Our live chat is not online 24x7 but we always responde to emails within a few hours. Martin

“Ich finde Mytello eine gute und günstige Alternative um Gespräche ins Ausland zu führen. Da ich einige Fragen hatte, wurde mir prompt und höflich per Mail geantwortet. Kein unendlich langes Warten am Telefon... Empfehlenswert!”

“So far so good! I have been using mytello for 3 days now, calling my mom every day. It connects fast, sound is clear and so much cheaper than my provider would be. I really like it, no hidden costs, no contract. You can top up with as low as five dollars easily with credit card or PayPal , charged by the minute, no need to use up all the money on your account with one call and it never expires. Works great for my needs.”
