“Keep getting told to recharge my account when there is plenty of time left, the need to keep in contact with my sister in south africa is vital due to illness. this is unacceptable and very disappointing.”

“Sharp clear calls. Quick connection. The money lasts a long time. Those are the 3 most important features to me. After 3 weeks of using this app, I can say it is the best I have tried so far. Customer service has been great. No matter what time of day or night I email, I get an answer within minutes. Yes the app needs improvement. I don't know if it's my phone or the app, but I cannot top up the money or add a phone # from the app. No biggie, I just do that from the desktop. I still think it's worth 5 stars.”
