“These guys inspected my 3 bed semi-detached property in West Drayton, the property was fully furnished and the clerk spent almost 2 hours going through everything was meticulous detail, the report at the end was fantastic and was agreed straight away by my tenants without any amendments required. Very professional, reliable and the price was very competitive.”

“Reassuringly confident with the inventory these guys have produced on my home which is now being rented out. I have had previous bad experience with other companies. From the moment I called these guys, I received such amazing customer service, and when they had their clerk arrive, he had excellent knowledge. “The clerk just had checked us in at our property was lovely, very professional and extremely courteous. 5 stars. Report looks good and as per everything we had discussed. “My agency recommended that I use this supplier for my check out, and I am glad I did, the commentary was fair and accurate and reflected the state of the property. They were clear in allocating who was responsible for the damages and where charges did not apply. Very clear and concise report. They also provided a handy colour tool which highlighted if the property was in a good/fair/poor condition.”

“I rang the agency to advise them I was going to be late and when I arrived at the property the clerk was not there. I then had to go back to the agents to collect my keys, however I have received the report via email which looks fine.”

Dear Jo, Many thanks for taking the time and providing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. We take average & negative feedback very seriously to ensure we can provide our clients the best service possible. I have spoken to the team regarding this, and I can confirm that we had allocated a Check In time for 11:00am at your address, which was agreed between yourself and the Estate Agent. As you can appreciate, our clerks have a very busy schedule during the day and therefore we allow a 20 minute window of waiting for tenants to arrive at the property above the requested Check In time. In this instance, the Agents advised you were running over an hour late. We therefore handed the keys back to the Agents and explained for them to advise you to collect keys from their office, as this is standard practice for us. As you mentioned we then emailed the report over to you so you could review, provide your feedback, sign and return the inventory report (which you have). We hope to see you again at your Check Out date which is scheduled in for 6 months time.
