“It was great having Mytoor do mine and my wife's check in. Never had a service like this before, usually I have to scribble on a some papers for my inventory, however this wasn't the case with Mytoor, very interactive and collaborative report process, just how it should be!”

“I met the clerk at the property and he explained he attended the property an hour before me to do the inspection, which was good as I could then just move straight in. He gave me a breakdown of what his findings were and explained to me that I would receive the report within 2 days. I think this process is very good as last time I had to wait around for hours with a different company.”

“I have always done my own inventories, however as I have grown my HMO portfolio, I contacted Hardeep and his team after finding them on google. His colleague gave me a very competitive price and was available at short notice to service 2 of my properties. The clerk met me 2 hours before the tenant was due to arrive to undertake his inspection. I was very pleased to the level of detail these guys go into and the fact they have some great tools for the job (i.e. the 360 degree cameras) which was all included in the report. I was then provided the invoice and link to download my inventory reports from their client hub, which was a fantastic tool, especially as I have several properties to find. I will continue to use Mytoor going forward.”

“Good communication from the moment I booked the inventory. Customer service was great as I was informed all of the details prior to the inspection date. I then received the report via a link and was registered to their online client hub which was a useful tool. Since managing my own properties I am glad I have used the services of Mytoor as they made this element of managing my property an absolute breeze. Thanks again Hardeep and his team, great job.”

“As a new tenant, moving in isn't easy, however it was made a lot easier from the help of our inventory clerk from Mytoor. He was very patient and answered a lot of our queries. He was also very courteous to wear shoe covers as it was a rainy day, thanks to the team!”
