“Great service from start to finish. I met their BDM at a property networking event and thought I'd give them a try on my HMO in SW London. They delivered a fantastic job with really cool features on their app. Will now use for my portfolio.”

“Easy check out with mytoor, gave us the report within 2 days and it was a fair determination of how we left the property. Happy to say the agent and landlord agrees and we will be getting our deposit back shortly.”

“The clerk who I met at my property in Hayes was great, I was checking in at 12:00pm. He kindly gave me a call at 11:30 to advise that he was nearly finished with the inspection and let me know I could come a little earlier which was great for me. When I met him he ran through some of the key points, showed me how some appliances worked including the boiler etc and he also showed me how to read the utility meters. Very nice gentlemen and professional. Easy to deal with and the report was easy to read.”

“Brilliant service, very professional and easy to deal with. I needed someone quickly to do a check out and check in and they obliged and nothing was too small for them. Very happy with the reports provided and the level of details covered as well as the 360 degree photos.Overall service is second to none and definitely got a happy client who will continue to use in the future.”

“I have rented now for 16 years, I have had several clerks check me in and out, usually they are speaking to their dictaphone, however these guys use some very techy stuff so as quite intrigued. When I got the report I was very happy that it was a very easy process for me and everything was done online.”

“Me and my 2 friends moved into our new flat in E1 and the clerk who checked us in was great. Asked us to provide our ID's which at the beginning I thought to myself why, but then was pleased that he did some security measures as he did not know who we were and just had a paper with our names on it. So he ran through the flat, everything was as he reported, apart from some minor scuffs we found behind the shower door - but it was simple for us to give the comments through the mytoor app. Thanks very much for a lovely move in!”
