“I have booked a transfer with mytransfers through Airports Taxi Transfers from JFK airport to my airbnb and your driver never showed.
I booked to 18h and I passed through the security and was waiting for the driver by 17:45.
I contacted Airports Taxi Transfers emergency number and I have waited for about one hour and didn't get any WhatsApp message as it was informed I would, and the driver never showed up.
When I called the second time the advisor told me that I should get a taxi or a Uber because of the time that has already passed.
I received a message on WhatsApp from Mytransfers at 19:05. And the advisor who messaged just ignored me when I told I was already on a taxi and asked how they would solve my issue.
I have this saved on my phone.
Just showing Mytransfers lack of respect with their customers.
I paid U$186.25 for the taxi which was U$64.48 more than I have contracted.
Airports Taxi Transfers Said they have completed my refund and I should get it on my account in 5 days. I’m unsure as i still didn’t get my money back.
I requested a compensation for the extra money I paid on the taxi and all the distress I had.
But now Airports Taxi Transfers is saying this is not with them because they are only the agent.
But my contract was through them and I paid money to them.
If they are associated with companies that provides this kind of poor service they should be co-responsible for their issues.”
