“NACA has honestly been a blessing. The process definitely takes patience, but it’s worth it if you’re serious about owning a home. I appreciate that they really fight to make homeownership possible without a down payment or crazy interest rates. My counselor has been supportive, and even though there were some challenges along the way, I’m grateful for the opportunity and everything the program stands for.”
“Absolute nightmare to deal with Naca!!! Delay after delay after delay!! No one returns yours calls. Buyers on my listing are going to lose the house because this lender has zero sense of urgency and we are two weeks past the closing date and the underwriter is now out of town and they won’t let anyone else finish the file. Absolutely clown show at this point.”
“La señorita Tinoco es muy amable estamos empezando nuestro proceso para comprar nuestra casa se lo recomendamos a todos es más fácil comprar con ellos y también te orientan para que califiques más fácilmente”
““I’m currently going through the NACA program, and so far it has been a positive experience. My counselor has been very helpful throughout the process. It does take time, but they work closely with you to ensure everything is completed properly and successfully.””
“Thanks to the NACA program, I’m officially qualified for homeownership—something I never thought would be possible. The process is detailed, but with no down payment, no closing costs, and a great interest rate, it’s worth every step. My counselor Carl was incredibly supportive and made sure I stayed on track. Excited for what’s ahead!”

“My NACA Experience So Far
I’m currently going through the NACA program, and overall it’s been a good learning experience. I really appreciate that the program helps people like me prepare for homeownership without the pressure of upfront costs like a down payment or closing costs.
The process does take time and requires a lot of paperwork and patience, but I understand it’s to make sure buyers are truly ready. Communication can be slow at times, but staying organized and proactive helps.
I’m still in the process, but I’m hopeful and excited about the opportunity. If you’re serious about buying a home and willing to follow the steps, NACA is definitely worth considering.
I want to thank Tiffany Skinner for all the support.”
“So far my experience with NACA has been very pleasant. Augustine answers all my questions and walks and talks me through every step of the way. He has a lot of knowledge and although I am in the early stages, I am very excited to see how things pan out.”

“NACA is a great option for people who are ready and willing to put in the work but would struggle to be able to buy a house otherwise. NACA is lifechanging and a blessing and thanks to NACA my family is now able to purchase a home.”
“NACA Review – Final Stretch of My Journey!
I'm in the final stretch of my homebuying journey with NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America), and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience.
From the beginning, the process was thorough but truly worth it. I started with an initial intake session, followed by multiple follow-ups to ensure my budget, income, and documents were solid. NACA requires a lot of paperwork — yes, it’s intense — but it's because they're preparing you not just to buy a home, but to keep it.
My counselor was supportive, patient, and clear about what I needed to qualify. Now I’m preparing to submit my file to the bank for final approval. That means my income, employment, savings, and credit have all been reviewed and verified. It’s exciting!
What makes NACA stand out:
No down payment
No closing costs
No PMI
Below-market fixed interest rate
A focus on long-term affordability over quick sales
This program is a blessing, especially for those of us who didn’t think homeownership was possible without tens of thousands in savings. It requires patience, discipline, and good communication, but if you stick with it, NACA will change your life.
To anyone starting this journey: stay organized, follow your action plan, and keep pushing. It’s worth every step. I can finally say — I’m almost a homeowner!”
“NACA is a wonderful Company. We are on the process of buying our first home and it has been very helpful and easy to follow steps to guide us bring our dream come thru. I highly recommend NACA to any first home buyers who is qualified in the program.”
