Back in 2021 I signed up with naca but my experience was not the smoothest so I pulled out a free discrepancies with my then counselor . I was recently informed that naca has revamped there structure and have been more in line with with how things are done so I decided to give it another shot. I can say that for beginning , the process seems a bit more direct and expedited which I favor. Once’s I signed up I had access to the first time buyer program right away. Once I registered my on mine account it tells me what to have together before scheduling a meeting with my new counselor. Within just a few weeks I was face to face with my counselor Ms Prutha Joshi. Prutha is a breath of fresh air. She was punctual, straightforward with what was needed and very clear on what to expect. My counselor has been patient and consistent with expectations and requests. I can say I truly feel good about my experience this time around.”
