“I started my Journey with NACA in 2019, with the constant change in staff, it became very frustrating after waiting months to get an appointment and when the time came, the counselor I was assigned moved on to better opportunities. after 1 1/2 I didn't get far. It was very difficult but, I kept doing what I was supposed to do by gathering all my paperwork necessary. The ball was dropped along the way, I didn't get anywhere. I attended a workshop in December 2024 in two weeks I got an appointment. My counselor is amazing, David Luster, my first visit with him, I was pre-qualified with NACA. It's am ongoing process, working with David, has been great.”
