Due to Covid, I have waited 2 years to celebrate my 21st birthday, and in complete excitement ordered my birthday outfit as soon as we entered this year and knew the party could go ahead. I contacted Nadine Merabi to get some advice on whether the size down would fit, or I was best sticking with my current size and getting it altered - I spoke with Dovile who confirmed the size down would fit, and an exchange was arranged for me despite being out of the return time. I spoke with Dovile on Friday 1st April, and received the new size on Tuesday 5th April - the efficiency in resolving my issue was incredible.
