NM kept me up to date about where my package was the entire time. Speaking of package, the wrapping and presentation of the item were immaculate (includes a handwritten card!). The only thing I would say is I find their dresses a little long - I am quite petite and has to get it taken up which is a little annoying to pay for when the dress is already quite expensive.
