As mentioned in my emails, US customs require clients to fill out a 5106 form if their order is over a certain amount, this is completely out of our control and is stated on our website before you place your order.

“Love the cut, definitely a fit and flair! My only sadness was that I had to reorder the dress in a much larger size and am still looking for someone to alter it smaller. The original dress fit my waist but definitely not my bust. So now I’m wearing a bit too large around my waist but fits my breasts perfectly.”

As mentioned in my emails, at the time of your purchase, we did state on our website that we don't cover duties and taxes to the UAE and only on packages shipped to the UK, EU and USA. Since placing your order our company does in fact now cover the cost of this. We have reached out to you a couple of times so we can reimburse you for this cost, however, have not had any reply.

“I am thin and I was worried that the XS would not fit. I was pleasantly surprised when it did. I must say that I was drawn to purchase the feathered skirt by "The Chic Maven" on YouTube. The only caveat was the shipping. It took longer than I expected to be delivered. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience. I will be purchasing something additional pieces.”
