I ordered from the site and received an email with a tracking number but the sender has a different name that isn't the site I ordered from
Is that ok or am I over thinking?
this site offers a replacement for lost or stolen parcels but never gives you anything, plus they don't even have insurance for anything, I love their product and I keep buying over and over again even tho I have already lost over $800 in online purchases

Is there any other way to ship besides Canada Post. I order and it takes 6 to 7 days to get to me. I totally like your products but now I'm looking for a supplier that can deliver sooner. I can get product from Tilray in 2 or 3 days through Purolator.
