I placed an order with you but you guys put the wrong address on the label. So this company is fraudulent because they will not delivery the product. I contact them by email and didn't get any answer. I am still waiting since May 05, 2019.

Bought 1 bra to try, paid shipping and it never arrived. They claim it was delivered but can offer no proof of delivery. When I complained they just say Your Package Has Been delivered.
What a bad company!

Customer service has an ok response time. Delivery time was horrible Item was ordered on 8/8 and was supposed to be shipped out by 8/11 and was shipped out a week later from the order date. I emailed them asking for an update on 8/13 and they still didn't ship it out until 8/15. Overall the customer exp has been horrible and I will never order from them again.
