I just placed an order for 3 seat covers then while checking it said if I Ordered more they would give a better price. Some how the 5 extra chair covers are not the #1 that were on original order. I need all 8 to be # 1 please Thank You Nancy Jones
Sorry to say, but you may never get your order! My mom ordered 8 months ago and no merchandise yet! Never found her order number either! We never could get an answer after 10-20 messages! She used her credit card and card company stated to check statement that I would find where credit card had been used by this cco. They were right!!! So this so called great co. is a scam out of CHINA!!! I READ REVIEWS ,FINDING CO.IS GETTING !MONEY AND NO PRODUCTS ARE SENT OUT! NO WAY TO GET THEM TO REPLY! NO MORE SCANNING MOM! WE HAVE PUT THE WORD OUT ABOUT THIS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA ETC!!!!
I received my order #280447 for a car scratch repair cloth @ 14.99-20%=11.99 plus shipping and handling 4.95 for a total of 16.94 USD.
I also received a second order of the same item which I don't want.
How do I return it for a full refund.

Beware of any company on line. NoraCora is another one. They are a fake knock off sweatshop company that rips off customers daily. Do not order.
I ordered two pairs of shoes and submitted through your website but it did not go through on my end. I did not get a confirmation that they were ordered so I ordered again and it went through. The total on the order was $54.93 and I received an email with an order #216422. I then saw later that there was another order for the same thing with the order #216425. I checked my credit card and you charged it again. I only wanted one order. Now after reading all the reviews, it seems your company is not one with my best interest at heart and If there is any problems with the order and I wish to return them for the reason of not fitting or poor quality, you will not give me a full refund. I see they have not been shipped at this point and I am asking that you cancel both orders. I do not want them and I will dispute the charges to my card. Thanks but no thanks.
How long does it the refunding process take? Because I ordered 2 bottles of car ceramic wax until they sent me an email that it has refunded because it got cancelled, ,I’m Not happy at all about it because I’ve checked my bank transaction and it hasn’t come up with it yet.
