“I bought this necklace for my grand-daughters 9th birthday. It arrived promptly and looked very nice in the box. I didn't take it out of the box, so didn't discover until she opened the present on her birthday to find the chain at two knots in it. This was disappointing really, It took us 30 minutes to get the knots out so that she could finally wear it. Shame really took the shine off the present.”

“I have to say that I would have awarded 5 stars but there were a couple of issues with the order. However, they were resolved so quickly by extremely efficient and apologetic staff. I ordered one necklace in real gold which is stunning - my daughter has worn it every day. I ordered another in gold plate but received it in silver which actually my other daughter decided to keep. I am sure that the mistakes made were because it was Christmas and very busy. I wouldn't have any qualms in recommending this company but might suggest that you do it so you have time to change things. Also, contact them for advice on actual sizings as the fonts differ.”

“The service is very quick indeed from ordering, payment and delivery, however the only gripe I have is I would of liked to of seen the actual size of the name maybe on a models neck as I might of bought a bigger font size, I just hope my daughter loves it on Christmas morning.”

“Bought a "Carrie" style name necklace in silver for my sister's 40th. Was a tad wary ordering it over the internet. HOWEVER, the necklace came promptly after ordering, was presented in a beautiful little box and was absolutely beautiful. Exactly what I wanted and my sister was utterly delighted with it!”

“Very happy with my gold plated personalised necklace. I choose a plain font for the text, more suitable for a 32-years old, and I'm delighted with the results. I choose the wrong chain length, contacted customer services and they were happy to accept it by return post to change it to a shorter length within days. Would highly recommend Name Necklaces Direct. Danielle”
