“Great service a little smaller than I thought it would be but good quality around”

“The items I bought were really good quality and at a price that reflected the quality, not cheap and not expensive in my opinion. Very well made and very well presented. However, my only criticism would be that the guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery charge at £12.99, was basically RM Special Delivery at around £6.00 in cost, so you are being charged a premium to ensure your order goes to the top of the order pile. I would not charge a customer a front-of-the queue premium, just create a realistic cut-off point for orders that will be produced and delivered by Christmas.”

“The necklace and pendant have arrived safely. The pendant is perfect! Exactly what I was looking for! Although the necklace seems quite durable, it is quite fine. I think a slightly thicker chain would be more suitable. I am happy with it all the same.”

“The delivery was quick @ easy to order. It was for my daughters 18th she hasn't worn it yet. It let looks nice but seems quite delicate I hope it doesn't break easily.”

“Necklace is lovely, very quick delivery, thought the chain was very thin as I paid the extra money for a thicker chain, so I wonder how thin the other chains would have been, I have bought it for my sisters 80th Birthday which is middle of August so I hope she likes it,”

“The necklace arrived in super quick time and it was packaged nicely. It was a bit smaller and lighter than I was expecting which means it moves quite a bit when your wearing it as it has no weight to it so your forever straightening it up but all in all a nice product, just a bit flimsy for the money.”
