“I strongly recommend NOT to visit Nandos in Loughton... The tables and sits are extremely filthy... the whole area flooring seems never has been ever mopped, the glass windows are extremely dirty, sticky of the drinks and food on the floor... before I sat on the table, I asked a young lady staff to clean the table, she hardly cleaned the table and with the same table cloth she wiped the sits... I spent £50 for 5 people and our food was cold and missing sides... I wouldn't give a single star st all... The Management ought to check and ask their staff to keep the whole area clean, and please, make sure you don't use the same table cloth wiping the sits and leaving it on the counter...!!!”
“Food was good, ambience was good. No parking issues. Would like to go again but only thing disappointing is staff was not friendly and it feels like they don’t want customers to come after 8pm
Our usual dinner time is 8:30 to 09:00 pm. When we went there around these times, we were told at the entrance by the staff that there is only limited varieties of food (no chicken on the bone, no chips, no coleslaw etc…,) before we actually order the food . But, when we go inside and order the food, we came to know that everything is available. Also, while we are eating, staff came and take off the sauce bottles to refill and tidy up for the next day”

“Excellent service. First time out for a meal since finding out I am gluten intolorent, was greeted at the door by Tom who was very helpful and gave me a book with all the information about the products and told me what I can and can't eat off the menu. This made my experience very enjoyable.”
