“You sent the wrong foundation. But as it was the right colour and I was desperate I kept it. Also was suppose to get a free lipstick and pencil bit I kept trying to order it but the website wouldn't let me.”

“I have a question about your Creme Blush product, ‘Save the Coral’. Is Napoleon Perdis actually doing anything towards saving our Great Barrier Reef, the oceans or fighting climate change? Or is this just a particularly cynical product name?”

“I ordered a Divine Goddess lipstick in Hara and the Skin Brightening primer. The lipstick arrived (good) but instead of my primer I received a makeup setting spray (bad). Still waiting on my primer more than two weeks later... UPDATE - So last week, I finally received my ‘primer’ that I ordered on the 24/7/21. As I had gone and bought a Morphe primer in the interim, I hadn’t opened the box until this morning, 5/9/21. Lo and behold, when I opened the box, I got a ‘brow couture kit’ instead 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ At this point you have to question whether someone is having a laugh at your expense 🤦🏻‍♀️ I loved Napoleon products, they took up the majority of my makeup kit but I am done. What a joke!”

“I love my Off Duty Tinted Moisturiser and Camera Finish Powder Foundation, which I use daily. I have in the past, and still do sometimes use, Madame Fantasia Mascara and Auto Pilot Primer and some lipsticks. I LOVE that I can order from New Zealand and received EXCELLENT service. LOVE getting my Napolean parcel so promptly and well tracked. Although I’m on a more limited budget I’ll always buy Napolean!! ❤️”
