I love Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics, the quality of the products are of a high standard, but......the packaging eg. cases, that the products are in - eye shadow, blush, powders - always seem to break very easily and I have to use an elastic band to hold the cases together.

I have been using NP products fir a very long time. I started when the primer came out. I am very happy with the results and I always have comments on how good my makeup is. I’m 70 years old and I think along with a few other things my makeup helps to keep me looking younger - even my sons don’t think I look my age!!! I wouldn’t change.

Our business came under new ownership roughly a year ago and we have been fortunate to be able to really focus on what is important to our customers since then. We have been working hard to bring back out of stock products - and develop new ones! Late last year we were able to return three of our core foundations to our range and just last month 25 shades re-joined our eyeshadow collection. We don’t foresee long term out of stocks being an issue in the future and we hope this gives you confidence in being able to access the Napoleon Perdis products you love. Hi Kerri, thank you kindly for sharing your feedback with us - this is much appreciated. At the start of last year, our business entered voluntary administration, at which point our rewards program had to be turned off. We are now under new ownership and have been operating as normal for the past year. As such, our rewards program was re-activated last year, and customers are able to earn points in-store and online again. Currently points can only be redeemed in-store but we are working on expanding this functionality to our online store. Although the packaging is beautiful I would prefer not to receive it in the extra bag etc. just thinking of the environment Cheers

Love it ! I always make sure my daughter and I have backup makeup in the cupboard...... ( We can’t buy NP in Nelson Bay , so would die if it was out of stock )

I love your product....however I find your staff your staff disinterested and borderline rude so I try to avoid going in store. Then I attempt to find a product on line and often the colours i need aren’t there. So, I end up at Mecca where the customers service is excellent and their online platform is reliable. Sorry!

Always had good experience with this company. Love all there products , just some are a little pricey but I use a lot of there products everyday. I hope Napoleon can hold together and stay in business. I’ve been using this brand for a few years now. :)

I particularly like the Auto Pilot Radiance Boosting Mask - my ultimate favourite and use every night as a night moisturiser. I also have recently purchased the Skin Renewal Serum which is great to add extra moisture without feeling oily or over worked. Both these products takes the stress out of my skin. Highly recommend Napoleon Purdis. Thanks to the pop up shops at Westfields otherwise I would never have tried it.
