“I usually purchase via the website as I live in Gippsland, however decided to wait until next time I visit Eastland. That day was yesterday, and was appalled by the lack of service. A customer was being served when I walked in and there were three girls having makeup done. I waited and waited and waited, not one girl made eye contact, nor even offered a ‘be with you in a sec’ my daughter wanted to ask for help, but I felt classic ageism and said, nope I’m out of here. I intended to purchase 2 tinted moisturisers, a big pack of makeup wipes and cleansing oil. I left and went to Mecca where the service was perfect and I no longer need to purchase Napoleon products.”

“It is the only make up that has complimented my skin since I discovered it in 1999. I had tried others here and there but not as good as Napoleon, which I always come back to!! Camera finish is my favourite”

“I am very happy with the products I purchased the Napoleon Complex Skin Renewal Serum and the Auto Pilot Hydra-Vault Skin Primer. My skin looks amazing with and without make up. I have had so many compliments on my skin and how radiance my skin looks. These products work so well when you apply the serum and your primer then your make up your skin looks really radiant . These products are worth while and i will purchase again once I have finished them. Loved the complimentary bag too !”

“I ordered two of my fav brush, the 10r, and was SO disappointed that it is now totally different. The quality is so 'cheap' and is nothing like how the brush used to be. I will no longer be purchasing NP brushes.”

“Searched everywhere for Personal Trailer Foundation as it has been discontinued. Couldn’t get my colour match but close so went with it. Love it so much and wish you would bring it back. Perfect for mature aged women when less becomes more. At 51 this product is perfect”
