“I love using Napsgear and have been a loyal customer for over a decade. I have tested at home (Naps shows lab tests also) many of the products and they have always been real. I have ordered Genza, Dragon Pharma, Pharmaqo, and there are many other domestic and international choices. Promotions and sales are going on all the time each product has a great question/answer section. There are also forums to ask experts and pros questions.
Aside from the products and information available, Naps has fantastic customer service and ways to make payment. They accept multiple crypto currencies as well as traditional bank payments and apps like Zell.
Over the past many years with Naps, I have had 1 billing issue and 2 orders that were lost. For the billing issue, I was offered credit or a substitution of the product, and the lost orders were resent with what appeared to be upgraded shipping. Also, their customer service responded very promptly; I always received a response within 1 business day.
