I have ordered from nasty gal so many times, they’re like a bad ex that I keep returning to. They’re clothes are cute and are usually what they say they are but the shipping is so horrible. It’s like you’re in limbo if something is stuck because, as others have said, they’re customer service sucks. I tried to change my shipping address THE SECOND after I ordered clothes and they said “nope sorry we don’t do that”… like babe I just sent that order? I know you’re not shipping it yet because I get them 10 days later. I finally deleted the app off my phone and said no more, it’s not worth the gamble of getting your clothes when you need.

Nasty gal offers cool looking clothes but when it comes to quality 0/10! The quality of their fabrics, zippers etc. are so bad i haven't tried one piece to judge but tried a few more. So i can tell that all of their clothes will be like that. I have only purchased once from them, and that will be my last.

Do not order from this NastyGal company. You cannot call them and can only communicate with them via SM or e-mail, which takes them no less than 3 days to respond. Shipping takes weeks only to receive low quality clothing. The worst is that you place an order and then you receive an email days later stating that the item you ordered is being cancelled since it’s no longer in stock. They will then go ahead and ship the other item in your order even if it’s $5.00 and screw you for the $9.99 shipping fee, instead of cancelling the entire order or giving you the option to cancel. I have several emails proving their awful policies. This company is a total nightmare and apparently a scam since they shouldn’t be advertising items that are not available and/or in stock!

I would love to give a minus star. I have never given a bad reviews to anyone but NASTY GAL is the worst place to ever shop at. I placed my order at June 28 th website says it will be delivered within 8 days it’s been 15 days and no sign of my order. Customer service is terrible. I ordered it for my trip which is tomorrow and I don’t have my stuff I should have read all the reviews before buying from this place. I am never buying from them again.

I’ll never buy from Nasty Gal again. They canceled my order. Though they refunded me for the dress but I was still being charged for shipping. So unethical. And the other dress that I ordered is still not here…way past the given timeframe. At this point who knows I’ll ever receive my order.

The clothes are such poor quality and look nothing like they do on the website. I order 2 packages of fast fashion a year just as a treat, and I sorely regret buying from here. Fabrics are cheaper than what they charge, their seems to be no thought of sizing consitency and so on

On June 2nd, 2021 I ordered 5 items, and STILL have not received them. After numerous e-mails (they DO NOT have any number to reach them at for customer service) wanting them to just replace the items, (I was willing to wait even though it's now 2 MONTHS later) This company is the absolute worst that I've EVER dealt with in my on-line shopping experience!! And believe me I've dealt with many!!!! If you're willing to wait months for your items(if ever) and no customer service, go for it! But I give up!!! I give ZERO stars!!!

Horrible service, Ordered about 10 items and woke up the next day to have 9/10 items be out of stock even though the website still says they are in stock. I originally paid for express shipping for an extra fee. Since 9/10 orders were OOS I would assume they would notify me first. But no, they just went ahead and shipped out my 1 item with the express shipping. Also Customer service online just left the chat without even saying anything.

I have to give 1 star to write the review but if not I will give none. I placed my order and within 12 hours they sent me emails saying most of my items are cancelled because they are out of stock. Paid for express shipping for only accessories to be shipped to me. Still dispatched the others immediately and charged me. But when I looked online those items are all still in stock??? Took forever to get to someone to speak with, explained my situation and she didn't reply, when I wrote a follow-up message she immediately ended my chat. If this is not a scam idk what else it could be!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t ever order, the quality is terrible, see through plus you had to pay to return the product and get your mine back never again.

I would never order from NastyGal again. The images online look NOTHING like the clothes sent to me. The quality is cheap and at least half of my items were completely see through. The sizing is completely off as well. I am 5’7 and ordered size 0 flare pants that were entirely too long on me. I have never written a negative review for any store before, but I needed to put this out there. I would never recommend NastyGal to anyone.

I should've checked reviews before ordering... each item they sent was much worse quality in person than how it appeared online, and one of the dresses looked NOTHING in person what they said it was! I even double-checked to make sure they didn't accidentally send me the wrong item. see photos below.

Sent me the WRONG item and then were rude to me via chat when I tried to resolve the issue. Will never order from them again

Some things were fine, but other items were completely discolored. They were pictured as nearly white or white on the website and when I received them, they were a hardcore tan color. Everything was darker than what was pictured, they use a filter for their photos and it's awful, completely misleading.

Not worth it. I shopped their stuff because it was super cheap & cute! Every order I’ve made they send me either the wrong item or the wrong size & them make me pay to return it when they messed it up. They basically have no customer service to reach out to either, you could try but they never respond.

Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with! I places an order using apple pay (which was set to my old address) I immediately noticed it was going to the wrong address and tried to amend/cancel the order. Their policy is that you can not make any changes to your order even within 30 minutes of placing the order. I tried to email them and received no response, I tried without success to find a customer service number. I tried using the chat function and couldn’t get through to anyone without being booted off the chat. I finally got through using instagram but was informed that they could not amend or cancel my order. The best they could do was try a change of address once it was shipped, with no guarantees it would work. Long story short I may not be able to get my order and will be out the money since I won’t be able to return the items since they are going to my old apartment which I can no longer access.

Quality was terrible with the shirt I ordered. It was completely see through and the skirt had the wrong description on it so I received one with a zip instead of elastic. This is clearly an error on their part but it's not considered an incorrect order because the original description was just written wrong. There is no one returning my emails and their return policy is down on their website. How convenient for them. Now if I want to return my order I have to pay an additional fee to send it back and I don't get my original shipping fee back so I'm $10 down on this order after all this trouble.
