Terrible material not worth the discounted price let alone the original price. When I purchase clothes that are $100 I expect quality not cheap material that are damaged upon arrival. Customer service was terrible and did not satisfy my needs. Needless to say I am NEVER ordering from nastygal again waste of my time and money!!!

I ordered a package In November.I was hoping it will get here before Christmas. I was wrong. Terrible customer service. I will never ever order anything from this website.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM NASTYGAL.COM. I will not repeat everything already stated in the many unsatisfactory reviews below. No shipping status no refund until you get it it’s been over three weeks and they say to wait until after Christmas. NEVER ORDER FROM NASTYGAL.COM. My credit card company will now Reverse the charge.

Cheap material and item not as advertised. The sleeve on my corduroy is hardly pink and looks almost the same crappy brown as the rest of the jacket.

I should have looked at these reviews first. The shipping issues are real. Ordered 11/29. Chose the 7-10 day shipping. Have been checking my tracking daily. Stuck in Jamaica since December 4 and has not moved. Contacted the company this weekend. Was told it would be here today. No such luck. Contacted them again today, was told they wouldn’t do anything until 12/30. This is after Christmas so that is. It helpful at all. Terrible customer service.

Sizing is soooooooo far off. I bought the dress in a Large size which is supposed to be equivalent to a size 14- 16 with a Bust size of 38 - 41 inches as per your size charts. The actual dress has a Bust size of 34 inches !!!!!. Seriously, how far off can you get! The cut of the the top of the dress is the problem. NastyGal obviously has no QA process.

I have made 2 orders from Nasty Gal. The first was randomly cancelled by the company due to my items actually being “out of stock” well I checked the website for weeks after that purchase and to this day all items I purchased that they claimed were “out of stock” are still available in my size/colors. In addition I was not reimbursed my shipping costs even though the package never even shipped out. I stupidly decided to try again and make another order, I bought 6 day shipping and we are now sitting at 15 days later and my tracking hasn’t moved past the creation of the label. So major shipping problems and lack of credibility. If you are okay with waiting about a month plus for an order when you purchased 6 day shipping then good for you. If you are okay with making a purchase and then the company cancelling that order randomly and sill charging you shipping charges then you are better than me .

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. ORDERED SOMETHING ON 11/30/20, AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT COULD TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS AND TODAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THAT I MIGHT GET MY PACKAGE ON 12/27/20 OR LATER. I’M TRYING TO CANCEL MY ORDER (SINCE MY PRODUCTS HAVENT BEEN SHIPPED YET) AND THEY SAID THAT THEY CANNOT DO THAT I NEED TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE FIRST AND THEN PAY FOR THE PACKAGE TO GET RETURN. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! THEIR WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA ARE ADVERTISING ORDER TODAY AND RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS BY CHRISTMAS. FALSE!!!! AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

zip broken on one of my dresses. ordered 2 pairs of jeans in the same size, one did not fit at all must have messed up sizes. sent me two of the same thing. necklace broke first day wearing it.

0 stars. Truly horrible experience. Prices sucker you in but it is not worth the money. Shipping takes longer than expected, shipping is very vague. I have received one email since my order was “dispatched” still have not received it after 3 weeks when it was expected in 6 business days. Customer service is bad I have had a hard time reaching anyone for help.

Always on sales to attract people’s eyes. Have ordered 4 pieces- bag is good for shape but has a really bad smell on it; a white knit top whose thickness is nowhere like the image (thought it is for winter but it’s just summer thick); dress is just one poor layer with countless unstitched threads and causes irritation to my skin. The shipping policy was unreasonable-you wouldn’t believe they change the delivery options almost everyday during December. I paid 3 pounds for shipping and the next day it just dropped to 1 for next day delivery. First time and never for nasty gal

I was so excited to get my Nasty Gal package! I opened it up with anticipation, only to be met with disappointment. All of the clothes smelt badly, for starters. I thought, "that's fine, I will take care of it with a wash, no problem." I look through my orders. I originally ordered 4 dresses. I recognized 3/4 of the items. They sent me a sweat set instead of a dress I ordered. "Ok, that's fine... I will return it." I try on one of the three dresses. It's see-through and the fabric is very thin. "Maybe I can make it work... What kind of bra am I even supposed to wear with this...? I don't think I can do this. I guess I will return it." I try on the second of the three dresses only to find that a button was missing. No replacement buttons available. Great. At that point, I was so peeved, I didn't even want to keep the third dress that seemed decent enough. These people just did not deserve my money. I have never felt compelled to write a review for an online clothing store, but this was all just a little too much. Clothes were cute, but I sent everything back. I am never ordering from them again. Tl;dr: Clothes smelt bad, they swapped one of the items I ordered with something else, one of the dresses was missing a button, and one of the dresses was entirely too see-through and thin.

Sizing and quality is very inconsistent. I received several items with tears, falling apart seams, and buttons hanging by a thread. Also for some reason some items had a very strange odor.

SCAm totally a scam ! I ordered on thanksgiving , I’m still checking FedEx website and “still pending “ how that’s even possible ? Zero movement from nov 26 til now ! I Want my money back NOW!!!!! Never ordering again I just want my money back !

Takes way way longer to ship than said. Clothes are great but it definitely took over 3 weeks to arrive, and shipping says it cleared customs in Jamaica? Not sure what that’s about considering they are based in Los Angeles

I placed my order with Nastygal last month. I received the email confirmation that they received my order. A day or two after that, I received an email that my order had shipped. This was about a month ago, and I still have NOT received my order. I have emailed customer service multiple times letting them know I was concerned that when I check their tracking, there has been no movement of my order since the day after my package went out in the mail. I then check the FedEx tracking number that is included on their tracking information, and that has only said "pending shipping date" since the day I received tracking information, and has not updated. There has been zero movement of my order according to their tracking and FedEx. Their customer service keeps giving me the run around assuring me that my package is still coming. At the beginning of speaking with customer service, they actually told me my order would be delivered November 10th, and to contact them if it doesn't come. Surprise, it didn't come. So I emailed them again, and then they told me to contact them November 26th if I still have not received my package because they are sure my package is still coming. I don't understand how it is still coming if I haven't received any updates on my tracking since day two of my package going out (mid October). The last time I spoke to customer service, I had asked for a refund since it looks as if my package is lost. They wouldn't give me a refund and asked for me to wait longer for my package. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I knew it would take over a month to receive my order, I would have never placed the order. Now I am trying to just get my money back, and their customer service isn't helpful in that area either. I guess I'll have to deal with getting my money back through my credit card company now. Ugh.
