Please be CAREFUL ordering from this company. This company is a fra_d. I placed an order in December and made a return within two weks when the sizes were completely off. The website returns process is fake and is actually disabled.... it won't recognize your order number at all. I then followed the returns instruction inside the parcel and had to pay for the return myself. Unfortunately, I did not take photos of the returns details in the parcel and the instructions. I've provided proof of return which was delivered over a month ago. But the company is now ignoring to refund for the return and even deny their own returns address!! Support ignored to respond to any of my emails will not respond if you contact them. They have deleted all official details of any returns address from their website, etc., and once you begin to ask for refunds they stop communicating. Please be aware that this is a major business fra_d operation.

I wish I could rate them ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They sent me BROKEN SHOES!!!! I ordered a pair of combat boots from them for my 25th birthday and they fell apart after wearing them one time. After taking a closer look at them I realized that it looks like someone tried to GLUE them back together and then returned them!!! I am DISGUSTED. The entire shoe has completely separated and falling off. They DONT answer emails, they DONT have a phone number, and their "virtual assistant" is constantly unavailable. This company is a BIG FAT JOKE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!!

The worst retailer I have ever been experienced. Losing more than £100!!!! Refund process started from 28th Oct 21. No money credited. Contacted Nastygal in Nov 21 they said payment was made. I said nothing was paid. Their reply was "Please check your account". They made it looked like I did not check my account. I send them the bank statement showing nothing from their side. They said they would investigate. NO APOLOGISE Keep chasing them in Dec 21. Received the reply as refund approved on 28th Dec 21 and money will reach my account in Jan 22. Am I getting the refund twice? NO. NOTHING reached in Jan 22. Contact them again. Now they said they are investigating again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! If anyone from Nastygal may want to reply my review, here is my order number GUK105901541. You owe me more than £100

Placed an order and it’s been 4 months and I still have not received it. Customer service says it’s too late for them to do anything about it. I asked them for tracking information and they did not have it. It seems like after I placed my order they never fulfilled it or shipped it. I have been scammed out of $80. I should of read the reviews before i placed my order.

Do not, I repeat do not order from this company. I sent in a return and I have not received my refund in 6 weeks. Nasty gal is arguing with me saying that they refunded it which they did not. Nobody needs this kind of stress

I wish I could give it 0 stars…the website glitches when trying to place an order but it took my cc and placed the order with a hybrid of both my old and new addresses!! No one to call or help and you cannot cancel or update the order …was told to go to address where it was sent to retrieve it….. which doesn’t exist and I’ve spend over $400 on this order…they are trash at customer service…. And I train a call center for a living…

Worst service AND customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order today worth over £100 and immediately after, I realised that the address I placed it to was my old address in Glasgow. I now live in London. Since EVERY SINGLE OTHER online shopping platform lets you immediately cancel or change the address on the order I went on their site to do this. They have no customer service you can call, they have live chat which is automated and useless and they have FB/Whatsapp, which I contacted. Then on FB chat they said they can't amend the address and that the only thing they can advise is for me to collect the parcel in the address I provided - WHICH I NO LONGER LIVE IN AND IS A 5 HOUR TRAIN RIDE AWAY. I have asked for a refund, which I have had no response to. Please can someone just give me a refund I'm not interested in ordering anything ever again from this place I just want my money back.

Failure to recognise there was a technical difficulty on the app which wasn’t my fault. Twice now, I placed in my basket and ordered the NGVIP but it was automatically taken out when I went to pay. Customer service has been awful, unhelpful and dismissive. Considering they give away the NGVIP for free half the year I’m shocked they won’t help me.

Never received my package. Reached out to a customer service rep and they were pretty useless. Told me it was past the 14 day return window and when I kept emphasizing that I literally don’t have anything to return because I never received my items, they ignored me and disconnected the chat. Even if I received my clothes they’d probably be poor quality and fit badly. I’m out $80 but it’s really not worth it to try to get my money back so I’ll jsut leave this here.

Untrustworthy. Some items came in the wrong size, but the much bigger problem was it said on their website that they would pay for any taxes and duties caused by brexit, I had to pay 50€ in advance when I picked up my package and the customer service said I should send them the receipt so they could refund me the 50€, as they initially claimed to do. 20 unnecessary mails later, many of them really unfriendly and always alsking me to send the receipt again and again, they just stopped replying and I never saw any money from them. I will never order anything from NastyGal again.

The worst customer service! The quality varies some stuff is good snd some is poor but never again will I order due to the customer service of trying to return an incorrect/ faulty product.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I ordered a pair of heels damn near 3 weeks ago. I was confident I’d for sure get them on time for my bday but I DIDNT. Had to buy a whole new outfit last minute somewhere else because of this unprofessional and cheap website. Never have I ever experienced such bad costumer service and shipping delays. As a matter of fact I still HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER. Order keeps getting delayed and the chat from costumer service is all automatic texts. They don’t have a reachable phone number or real people working behind their website when it comes to help with order related info, the ROBOT will literally tell you what you already can find out on your own. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Biggest regret

Very disappointed. The postage still cost $16 even though I bought items more than $100, and it took 3 weeks to arrive in Brisbane. When I got the items, all of them have bad quality and made by really really cheap material, I could buy those clothes in AliExpress for less with the same quality. When I returned 8/10 clothes, I need to pay another $15 return shipping. Basically I bought $20 clothes with $30 shipping cost. NON-SENSE. I would not recommend Nasty Gal to anyone.

I have ordered from nasty gal so many times, they’re like a bad ex that I keep returning to. They’re clothes are cute and are usually what they say they are but the shipping is so horrible. It’s like you’re in limbo if something is stuck because, as others have said, they’re customer service sucks. I tried to change my shipping address THE SECOND after I ordered clothes and they said “nope sorry we don’t do that”… like babe I just sent that order? I know you’re not shipping it yet because I get them 10 days later. I finally deleted the app off my phone and said no more, it’s not worth the gamble of getting your clothes when you need.

Nasty gal offers cool looking clothes but when it comes to quality 0/10! The quality of their fabrics, zippers etc. are so bad i haven't tried one piece to judge but tried a few more. So i can tell that all of their clothes will be like that. I have only purchased once from them, and that will be my last.

Do not order from this NastyGal company. You cannot call them and can only communicate with them via SM or e-mail, which takes them no less than 3 days to respond. Shipping takes weeks only to receive low quality clothing. The worst is that you place an order and then you receive an email days later stating that the item you ordered is being cancelled since it’s no longer in stock. They will then go ahead and ship the other item in your order even if it’s $5.00 and screw you for the $9.99 shipping fee, instead of cancelling the entire order or giving you the option to cancel. I have several emails proving their awful policies. This company is a total nightmare and apparently a scam since they shouldn’t be advertising items that are not available and/or in stock!

I would love to give a minus star. I have never given a bad reviews to anyone but NASTY GAL is the worst place to ever shop at. I placed my order at June 28 th website says it will be delivered within 8 days it’s been 15 days and no sign of my order. Customer service is terrible. I ordered it for my trip which is tomorrow and I don’t have my stuff I should have read all the reviews before buying from this place. I am never buying from them again.
