“Placed an order on the 14th of January and paid £6 for next day delivery, item still hasn’t arrived, customer service offered me a free next day code or standard delivery basically offering to refund me 2pound. What a joke!! Will not be ordering again.”

“I was skeptical on ordering because I’ve had a bad experience with quality in the past. But I thought the quality was great for the price, I didn’t like two things I bought because Of size. The return process was easy and I got my money back pretty fast.”

“I ordered a pair of boots which got returned somehow; I’m not really sure what happened but I ended up ordering cheaper ones that I liked better anyway. Then, the new ones came one size bigger than I ordered but they fit perfectly! I love my new (cheap) shoes and the other items on the site. It seems they know me better than I know myself! So thrilled.”

“I was really pleased w my first order from Nastygal! Most of the items matched their pictures, though a few were different fabric than I thought. The size chart was spot on and the clothes are pretty good quality considering what you pay! Super cute stuff overall and I'll be back!”
