I was really excited for the clothes I ordered because they seemed to be unique and the photos made the clothes look like good quality. I even researched the brand and the general consensus was that they were good. I don't know wtf I was thinking not looking into it further, but they are really bad quality. Please listen to all of these reviews and don't trust the company photos. save your money.

I ordered from here and received jeans that were very awkwardly hemmed. The zipper was also broken, I will not be shopping here.

The clothes are very cute. But the quality is very poor. I bought a dress which was very cute, but there was puckering on the side seam. And also I would not recommend buying the cardigan, it's really pretty but too bad the material is really itchy.

The clothes from nastygal aren't too bad but there to good. There clothing wasn't that cheap and it didn't come with the best quality I thought my tackies would be fluffy but instead, they feel like a t-towel along with that the sewing isn't good. The T-shirt came pretty small but very long it also doesn't feel soft and seems like it ill peel in the wash. My bag is ok I don't hate it but the way they cut if it feels really hard and not like a soft "leather". And above all of these, the clothes stink. I wouldn't recommend and would order somewhere else, but I will still wear them because they are nice but just don't feel good for the price u are paying.

The top I ordered was badly sewed. Looks just like the picture but its badly sewed at the bottom:/

I ordered 3 items, one of which didn't arrive and one of which was the wrong item. My package came over a week late. When I asked for a refund on the wrong item, they told me had to send it back to them first but refused to provide me with a pre-paid label. On top of all this, I had to pay a $40 customs fee from FedEx for the package (a fee that was NEVER included in my order) and I never would have purchased had I known. Never buying from this place again!!!!

I had a really bad experience. Received wrong sizes and tried contacting customer service. They weren't helpful at all through WhatsApp and made it seem like it was my fault. I wanted to exchange the stuff and they told me it wasn't doable. I reached out to them via live chat, email, and message and no luck. I was a first time customer and I got a terrible first impression. Don't think I will be returning here, sadly.

Made a huge order which took 19 days to be delivered. The parcel also arrived ripped up opened. When I emailed to ask for the delivery to be refunded as the least they could do (due to me actually paying extra for next day delivery). They offered me free next day delivery for my next order or a £1 refund to the standard delivery. On their website standard delivery states ‘up to 5 days’. Customer service was totally appalling!!

I bought items from nasty gal and when they were delivered, the shipping package was open and ripped up and the plastic bags that had the clothing inside were all ripped open. This is unprofessional and I was very upset to receive new clothes that I paid $10 shipping on to be brought to my door.

It’s the first time I order online from Nasty Gal and I am blown away. The customer service is incredible, they were able to help me with an issue quickly. I absolutely love my item, the dress fits perfectly and the quality is really good. I will definitely order again and recommend to others.

Received my package today with two giant holes. The shoes were okay but the dress I ordered was ripped at the seam. Ruined my whole experience and I will not be shopping with them again.

Quality is terrible. I waited 2 weeks for my order to arrive. Sent the whole thing back be because the clothes were too small, ripped or stained. Absolutely terrible

Ordered a dress ($86) and shoes ($56) from the store (however, they were both on sale for 60%). I couldn't believe how cheap they felt for how expensive the original price was, ESPECIALLY the shoes ("Watch Your Step Faux Leather Platform Sandals" felt like they weighed less than a pound each and had no substance to them). They weren't even worth the 60% off price... instantly requested a refund. I'm still in shock over the original prices ($86 for THAT dress?! Looks and feels like its worth $8.60) Extremely disappointed as I had to pay the shipping fees as well. Do not make the same mistake I did! Do NOT order from this website!

I ordered some clothes about a week ago, paying $14ish for shipping. I got a text a few days later from fedex saying my package would be coming the following day at 10:30am. I waited all day and got no package. When I went on to nastygal that has very poor package tracking, they said it was expected to be delivered, but obviously it hadn't. It's been almost a week and I got an email saying they cancelled my order and are refunding me for the purchase of my clothes, but did not include the price of shipping. I am very frustrated that they said my items had shipped and now they're saying it hasn't and they're cancelling my order without refunding the $14 I spent on shipping. On top of that they don't have a phone number you can call to contact one of their costumer support people. All they have is an email listed. I emailed them with my issue and am hoping to hear back soon.

All of their clothing is cheap, itchy, awful material. Absolutely disappointed considering the price range the brand charges for clothes they must buy from Aliexpress. They are charging $68+ for a shirt made in china that comes broken and smelling of chlorine. Along with their janky fabric comes horrible sizing issues. My size 4 shirt could fit my cat. AWFUL. Not worth anyone’s time or money, absolute rip off.

I ordered a selection of different items that all looked really nice in online photos, however I was disappointed when they arrived as nothing fitted. I am a pear shape, usually a size 10 top and 12 bottom. I ordered everything size 12, all of them were too small. The trousers have no shape to them, very straight so not too good for curves. The tops and bodysuit looked more like size 8s! I returned the parcel which was easy to do, however you lose the delivery charge. Hope this helps! 😊

I have ordered with Nastygal often and really liked them but now i'm starting to think otherwise. I placed an order 1 hour ago and it is the wrong address attached. I talked to them on chat and they cannot cancel it or change the address. Luckily i know the people living at my old address and am able to get the package but if it was in another state or country i would be absolutely screwed and out $54 which is rough for someone who was just laid off. Its a scam for them not to cancel orders and just a way for them to get more money. I had the same issue with Free People and i called their customer service line and they canceled the order and replaced the order for me!! There is no reason for NastyGal to not have the same policy. It's so saddening to me because i really liked Nastygal and now i never want to shop with them.

I don’t usually leave reviews, however felt I should after such a positive experience. After reading all the negative reviews on here I was very skeptical about ordering, however I thought I’d try my luck and ordered 2 loungewear sets. I ordered yesterday afternoon with NDD and they’ve arrived today (I didn’t expect this with the current pandemic). The quality is also very good, the material is nice and thick and it looks exactly like the picture. Couldn’t be happier, if it’s good enough for Stacey Solomon it’s good enough for me :)

I ordered three pairs of shoes from shoes4gals over five weeks ago still nothing! Wrote them numerous times no response back! Total waste of time and money and I most certainly WILL get my money back! DO NOT purchase from them customer service stinks I have no idea about quality of products cause I never received it! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Nasty gal cannot deliver, as they claim...... so don't bother order right now. In March, my daughter ordered and NEVER received her merchandise/package in Atlanta, GA. After four weeks of customer service telling her/us that she should "trust" the shipping process, she contacted her bank and got the refund Nastygal refused. Two months have passed and the items never showed up in Atlanta and Nastygirl could not resolve. Subsequently, I ordered a shipment and paid for expedited shipping - 3-5 business days, thinking my daughter's issue was just a fluke. Upon tracking, I can see it is still in UK. Why offer expedited shipping if you can't deliver? There is no phone number for contact. The company won't refund unless you return the items THAT YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE. The customer service responses are ludicrous. See response I got below for the order I paid to expedite and is still in UK. I'm not even certain that Nastygal is running this operations right now. Clearly they cannot deliver the items that we are paying for at this time. I am NOT having this issue with other online orders. Beware! Hey Cheryl, I am really sorry you haven’t received your order yet, I can understand you have paid for express shipping but due to the restrictions and delays we're seeing worldwide at the moment in both the courier networks and postal systems, we're unable to offer a delivery refund.
