The costumer service is honestly a joke. I had an issue with my package and they refused to do anything about it, despite it being very easy to fix. The service is unresponsive and extremely unhelpful. Overall ordering from them was frustrating and not worth it. I will not be ordering from here again.

Do not do it. Waste of time and money. Order from forever21 or Amazon. Not the same Nasty Gal it used to be- 1/2 of my package has been hanging out in Jamaica for three weeks and the other 1/2 hasn’t left Jersey. DO NOT DO IT. SCAMMY CRAPPY DOO DOO

Takes a lifetime to ship. You can order , go on vacation , come back and it will still be on its way . I’m not waiting a thousand years for mediocre clothes anymore . I’m done !!!!!

Wahhhhh 😩 Why didn’t I read these reviews first?! I can’t tell you about the quality or fit of my items totaling $90, because I’ve been waiting 90 years for them. Busy signal each time I attempt to contact customer service, getting nowhere with emails. Tracking is a joke, last known date of any activity was well over 3 weeks ago. I’m normally so good at this online shopping situation. It’s hard enough to buy clothing without a dressing room, to run the risk of ill fitting garments...after reading these I’m even more terrified of the quality...IF my order ever arrives. NEVER AGAIN! I’ll stick with Vici, I freakin afore that company. Orders always arrive on time, mimic the stock photo and fit beautifully. Wish there was a zero rating option, seriously this company has lost my business permanently.

Ordered my package on 02/16 and haven’t heard anything about where it’s been as of 03/02. Customer service asked me to wait until the end of today for it to arrive, still no update about where it is. When i contacted them again they told me to wait until MARCH 18th. That will be more than a month of waiting. This was my first time buying clothes from this website. Spent $70 which is a splurge for me. Never again.

The Absolute worst. I ordered a few items for a vacation with expedited shipping and the items I received were a joke. The quality of the clothes were below par and they had a plastic-y feel to them. Further, one of my order was completely wrong and one had loose threads hanging everywhere. Can’t believe people are ordering from this company and wearing them in public. All the bottoms are extremely see-through and the tops don’t feel good on. Save yourself the time, effort and energy and don’t even think of ordering from them. Also, the customer care is terrible. The person I spoke to was SANIA. She was not helpful and was giving me generic automated responses which was so frustrating.

Product came was faulty. Inside of the shoe wasn’t even complete or attached. Has fake labelling (label I purchased was stuck over another brand that has been textured out!! And was the wrong size (labelled correct but wasn’t the correct size). Sent photos and information through to them and their response was so fraudulent!! Wouldn’t issue a refund as the relied ‘product wasn’t faulty even after I sent photos’. Scammers! Whatever you do don’t buy from these people!

I used to love ordering from here.. everything always arrives pretty quickly and I have some really cute pieces from them.. the issue is that lately everything I order looks great on the website but is super cheap upon arrival.. like sloppy seams and buttons falling off and see through material when it isn’t supposed to be see through, colours that don’t match what I ordered on the site... I ordered a dress that looked amazing on the model and when it arrived it was so incredibly cheap and seemed like it was sewn really quickly with threading poking out and it was just absolutely horrible looking. I also ordered a skirt and again the threading was coming loose in areas and it was sewn horribly which made the waistline bulge out. I ordered a dark red top and when it arrived it was like a a bright orange-ish tomato colour. Also ordered a top in my usual size, again the seams were all messed up with bad sewing and the arms were very short.. felt like it wasn’t made right, like putting a shirt on backwards and you can feel that it isn’t right but the short wasn’t on backwards. Disappointing because I love the style but I don’t think I will be ordering from here again. Also what is with the name? If someone asked me where I bought my clothes I would be too embarrassed to say ‘nasty gal,’

Returns & refunds take wayy too long. They told me that it takes up to 29 days for a refund if your items arrive to their warehouse. TWENTY NINE DAYS. Also their return label cost me $4. WTF? I would've never bought their items if I knew this. It doesn't help that their sizing chart is completely wrong and their clothes are made out of the cheapest material possible. So disappointing. Unless you are skinny size XS-S, don't even bother ordering anything from them.

Ordered on Friday, February 5th and recieved my item on February 10th! The exact day they calculated. Of course I payed for express shipping but it was worth it, needed if before V-day! The shoes were exactly the same as online and they look and feel really nice. I was iffy at first because I read negative reviews after already buying but Im so happy with my order, I'll definitely be ordering from there again

Horrible customer service. After placing my order over a month ago I am still missing items!! I have been going back and forth with different customer service reps about a set that was only partially shipped and another item completely missed. For some reason they don’t assign cases to reps so I have had to explain the situation to different reps in EVERY email. It’s been over 2 weeks talking to customer service and I finally received an email stating they will be shipping my last items. I never write reviews, this experience changed that. Complete failure at order accuracy, quality measures, and customer service.

I ordered something on 1/23 for 8 day shipping. There’s been no updates and the courier says they haven’t even delivered it. So there’s no potential for it getting anytime soon. I’ve been told (over Instagram) multiple times there’s nothing they can do. I have to wait 30 days before, send it back, can’t get a refund, they’re unable to cancel it and can’t contact courier or make it a faster shipping. They are awful!!

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I placed an order according to my US size as I was shopping on the US website and was advised according to their size chart to do so. I ordered 5 items all size US 18. 3 items were the correct US size. 2 items were too small since they gave me the UK size 18. I returned the item, emailed customer service and asked them about how I should go about ordering replacements for the wrong size items. They assured me to order my US size. I did. When I finally received my replacement order I had the exact same issue. Both items were still the UK size and too small for me. I reached out to customer service again to find out if this was an accident or if I was missing something? The problem is they have a new person respond to each email. You can’t just speak with the same person so I had multiple people just repeat back to me the basic “on the US website order your US size thanks!” And completely disregard what I am actually trying to figure out. Since I HAD been ordering my correct US size the entire time! They told me I was wrong and that I ordered a US size 14 which is a UK 18. I double and triple checked my order online to see if I had made a mistake (for both orders). I had NOT. I screenshot the order and photographed the tags on the outfits. I FINALLY had someone respond and apologize for the inconvenience and tell me I can return them free of charge. But when I replied to the email just trying to get clarification on if this was an accident and I SHOULD try ordering my correct US size again or if I need to size up. A new person who obviously had NOT read the entire email conversation replied “when shopping on the US website, order your US size” this set me off. I asked why I couldn’t just have the same person who knew what was going on help me and I was just told by the next person “the sizes we sent you were correct, If you are unhappy then return them” AGAIN not even answering my question and failing to even see what was going on!

The quality of materials is cheap and the fit on my coat was bad so I initiated a return on 12/30; it is 1/31 today. I have been waiting a whole month for my refund, and even waited extra days, as the customer rep told me to. Nothing shows up when I try to track my return...I am still awaiting my refund. I have never been more dissatisfied with a company, and it is unfortunate that I have to go onto a public forum to demand they give me back my money.
