I was super excited to receive my package, it came in time. Unfortunately my pants had 2 holes (I understand they are small but I don't want to wear new clothes with holes in the ass of it) in it so I contacted customer service to return, they rejected my return and have given me a €3.50 refund. Really disappointed was hoping to get more bits but not worth it.

I had order from here and the customer service for me was quite good and they responded to my emails very fast. But the VERY bad thing about them is that their quality of clothes is RUBBISH they have used very cheap materials and their sizing is completely off for joggers so I suggest you get a size bigger if you want to but them.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE ! I ordered 4 items & only one came . When I asked why , they informed me that the rest of my items had “ sold out” And that they’d just give me a refund , since they cancelled my items weeks ago . They only told me this however , when I reached out to customer service which also took forever to get in contact with . Horrible experience!!

I placed an order 3 months ago. I never received an e-mail saying that the order was shipped. On their website they said to expect delays due to COVID-19, so I figured I would be patient given the global pandemic. I reached out this week to inquire as to the status of my order given that I was never informed that the order shipped. They said that without a tracking number they can't help me - EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER SENT ME A TRACKING NUMBER. My only option is to dispute the purchase with my credit card company (even though I already paid the bill for this purchase). This is absolutely unacceptable and it looks like I'm not the only person that Nasty Gal has ripped off. They take money, never send you what you pay for, and then refuse to refund you. They should be closed down.

i ordered a shirt from nasty gal back in JANUARY of 2020. I never received my package and the customer service was completely helpless in issuing my money. I still have not received my refund to this day. TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. they take your money and DONT return it.

Please make sure to take a screenshot of your order and pricing before you enter your credit card details! The website and my checkout advertised a 60% discount but when I checked my credit card statement, only a 50% discount was applied. My order was a big one so there was a substantial difference. I emailed their customer service right away asking for a refund for the difference or to simply cancel the order. They refused to do both, unfortunately. Not a great experience and currently working with my credit card provider on a case.

Ordered a month ago, fedex lost the package and upon reaching out to customer service I was told I’d need to wait until June 7th to request a refund. I won’t be shopping NastyGal again.

Buyer beware!!! I ordered a pair of shoes size 6 and they sent me the wrong ones size 9 and the shoes were cheaply made. When I contacted them they didn’t respond. After a second attempt, they said I had to return the item, pay for return shipping, and then repurchase the shoes. So basically, I had to take money out of my own pocket for THEIR mistake. Sent 20 emails back and forth over a week. Each response was the same but from a different person telling me to just repackage the shoes and send them back. Had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. Worst customer service ever.

Would not recommend, worst place I’ve ever order from. I just wish I had read the reviews before purchasing and wasting my money. I order a pair of joggers and a jogger and top set, the joggers are a horrible material and have no packets. As for the set they look like maternity clothes, can’t believe I wasted my birthday money on them. I could fit atleast 3 people inside of the pants. However, unfortunately for me the package didn’t come with a return address and I don’t know how to return these items or I would. Yet, I will find a way to as it is so unprofessional to send these bad quality items and expect them to not get returned

Clothes are cute, but very poorly made. I have received items that a damaged with black inc or something of the sort. Also, I received an order missing 3 items. Customer service was horrible! They gave me a refund on the items received, but did not provide any further assistance on trying to get the items that were missing. I told then they were sold out and NOTHING. Also their shipping takes a very long time. I would not order from them again, not worth it.

Worst company ever!!! I bought something by mistake and they didn't cancel my order. The package arrived in a shameful condition and the quality of the product was just terrible. When I returned the items they charged me twice for shipping because something went wrong with their website and they didn't refund me either. ( They said it was an error from the third party company they hire and couldn't do anything about it. Well, you could call this company and take care of this problem). Never buying from this website EVER AGAIN!!!!

Bloody awful quality! Ordered some comfy lounge wear for lock down and one pair the trousers would honestly be long on someone who is 6 ft. Im 5'8 and they would have to be all the way up to my collar bones to not be dragging the floor! The other loungewear trousers are see through and the pockets poke out. The sizing is really awful, I just don't understand how people shop here?! It genuinely must be luck of the draw! Don't bother shopping here ladies, even if its on sale.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I ordered next day delivery, which never came. To cut a very long story short, its 4 days later and still no progress with tracking of delivery. I contacted Nasty Gal and asked what was happening and they've told me to wait a for a week to basically see what happens. They have no idea where my order is and won't investigate until then. I've asked for a refund and the have ignored my request repeatedly, telling me they need more time to discover what's happened. I am so fed up with there poor excuses and wish I'd read all the negative reviews before I ordered. They really dont care about your order once they have your money!

This was the worst idea ever! They shipped my packages separately and some how lost BOTH packages! I order 5 shoes!! The first package they lost at the ware house!! And then said they no longer have anymore in stock and the second package said was delivered... and it was never delivered so they are now building a case... NOT OKAY!

If I could leave negative stars I would! I got a T-shirt from them, it arrived horrible quality of the stamp. Smudged and faded printing. After contacting customer service (who didn’t offer apology, replacement , any service at all), the asked me to send it back to “look over”. So I did. Apparently even if I was provided defective item, shipping of almost $10 was not refunded . Customer service after contacting them again said it’s non-refundable fee!! So just keep it mind, that they don’t stand by their product!

Worst experience of shopping in my life very disappointing 😔 Gave me a faulty and one completely wrong item and asked for me to bring them back so they can give me a 50% on one of them 😂😂😂😂😂 absolutely ridiculous and also horrible cheap quality . Avoid at all costs

I will never shop here again. I ordered three pairs of shoes which took a month to ship. I contacted FedEx and they told me that it was an empty box and that the shipper (nasty gal) had to contact them. Nastygal refused to and refused to refund me. Honestly, this is a terrible company. Luckily, I contacted my bank and they canceled that transaction.

Order a pair of shoes from nasty gal and they arrived two days after order. They are in perfect condition and very common.

Clothes just don't last and are poor quality. Only a few months in and most of the things I've bought ripped at the seams and had threads come loose. I'd rather pay more for clothes that I can actually keep for longer than 6 months.
