I ordered my package over a month ago and its been pending delivery for weeks. Nasty Gal has the worst customer service, how is there no phone number?! I send emails and FB messages and never get any information from them.

I found out about Nasty Gal through Instagram and thought I'd give it a shot. The clothes looked cute and they were on sale. Anyways, I ordered three items just to find out that the material is extremely cheap. One of my orders wasn't even the same colors as it appeared to be on the website... The stitching was already coming apart on one of the bodysuits before I even opened it. The material is extremely see through as well. Not worth your time or money. Save your money.

I got my order in the mail and was really excited to open my package. I bought because everything is on sale right now and I thought I'd give them a try but DONT make the same mistake I did! The clothes are cheap. I mean like not even putting elastics in to actually help pull the pieces over different body types.l cheap. The clothes I bought weren't flattering in the slightest. I'm returning my order. All the organza pieces I bought felt itchy. I'm pretty sure Nastygal has the same factory as Boohoo, that's were the package said it was from. I dont know if this is new information to anyone, but if I had known this before I spent my money I wouldnt have bought from them. Everything aforementioned by fellow disheartened shoppers is true. Dont spend your money here!!!!

To be honest I really couldn’t disagree with all the negative feedback more. Nasty Gal is a very underrated website. All of my stuff is ALWAYS good quality I have not been disappointed once. Not a single purchase didn’t live up to my expectation so far. Thank you for your amazing style and quality !

I tried returning an item and their website didn’t let me get the return stamp for it and so I emailed them various times and they never reached out to me to fix this problem So I’m stuck with the terrible clothing and no refund!!

Wish I could give negative stars. I’ve purchased a few times from here for items for work without issue other than sizing issues (wrong size purchased on my end). I recently placed an order that consisted of 4 items, I only received 3. They refuse to send me the item that was missing because they’d have to pay for shipping on it. They offered me a refund which takes 3-4 weeks. Never again. Can’t believe they won’t pay the shipping for their mistake. So in short, customer service is a joke. You get better customer at Shein with cheaper products lol

I was terrified after reading the reviews, but I have to say my experience was not bad. I was most concerned about the clothing size - however I ordered a US 8 and everything fit the way an American 8 should. They definitely were not too small or "kid-sized." As for the quality, it was reasonable considering the clothes are so cheap. My shipping took about a week with expedited shipping. I'm not sure what is going on with the reviews. Maybe I just got lucky.

Expensive shipping/returning. Clothes looked NOTHING like the website. It makes sense why there's no reviews on their site now, everything would be one star. I ordered a bright red satin skirt, and it literally looked like something my 10-year-old niece would have sewed. Not even the right color.

Worse quality, and you’ll end up paying 8€ for shipping plus 8€ to return the items because they’re just that awful, so 16€ for literally nothing..

So I got this top which took forever to get here but I get the Covid-19 but anyways when I actually get my package it tore up , I get my top and it looks nothing like picture 🤦🏽‍♀️ I really had high hopes for this top and was disappointed , never again will I spend my money on this website

I got an order that I was super excited about but I’m going to be returning most of the items. The items for strangely and a lot of the items seemed cheap in quality, such as the body suit, skirts and shorts. For the price you’d think it’d be better quality and not so flimsy. One of the shorts wouldn’t even zip up and looking back I ordered the correct size for my body. Probably won’t be ordering from them again in the future, but the student discount is really nice!

Nasty gal is the worst online clothing website I have ever purchased from. The clothes seem super cute on the models, but when you get them they are terribly POOR quality. Some things were super small and some with gigantic. I got a small top and could not even pull it past my boobs it was so small. I got a size 0 skirt and it’s more like a size 6. I ordered like 15 things and I was going to SETTLE for just 5 of them and return the rest. The five I wanted to keep were still below my expectations. And don’t forget, most of these clothes aren’t super inexpensive. Well it turned out that the amount of time I had to return the clothes started when the order shipped, not even arrived to my house. I expected to have 30 days since arrival when really it was like 15. And I had to keep all of the shitty clothes. My friends don’t even want them. FREAKING AVOID THIS SHITTY COMPANY. I recommend shopping on ASOS. They have the best quality clothes and have customer convenient guidelines for returns and such.

I got a haul of clothes. Half the clothes are massive.. And I mean unwearable massive. Or too small. Things stated 14 are not a size 14. Not true to size. Avoid.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Parcel has been out for delivery for the last month with no update. I was advised I could have a refund or my order to be shipped again. The next day I was told that was incorrect and I wasn't entitled to anything. Keep being told to check the tracking updates. The tracking hasn't changed in over a month now. Under nasty gals terms and conditions I am entitled to a refund at this stage, but they are refusing. I have been informed this is due to the courier having delays at the moment. I have ordered from other online retailers and rececived my package the next day from this same courier this week. I have asked how long I am expected to wait for a refund and the only thing I am told is to keep checking the tracking. I will definitely not be ordering from Nasty Gal again.

The website stated my delivery arrived but I NEVER received my merchandise. Furthermore, I was never about to reach the customer service department to inquire about my order. I felt like I was scammed!

Highly recommend to STAY AWAY from this seller! Horrible quality plus more importantly the worst customer service. You will pay even for returns and they won’t give you your money back even though they respond to your emails how they received the parcel promising the money will show up back on your bank account soon. Well, they won’t. I’m waiting more then 4 months. SCAMMERS

Do NOT buy from NastyGal. I usually never write reviews, so it is a big deal for me to encourage other customers to STAY AWAY. I ordered a pair of biker shorts and when I tried them on they were completely see-through and unwearable. When I explained this to customer service, they were very stern and would not even waive the return fee. Product quality sucks. Online product representation sucks. Customer service sucks. (especially during a pandemic!!!)
