“Super great customer support, fast, hassle free. Just really simple. Was nervous since I’ve never ordered with them. But now they’ll be my first choice. Also love the 6 shelf book ladder.. took my husband less than an hour to get it set up. A classic style that will grow with us.”

“My media console is beautiful! It does take some steps to but together but it isn't too bad. When I had an issue the customer service was AMAZING. They are truly the best part of my experience and will lead me to buy from here again/suggest it to others.”

“My profession is in a customer service based industry. In a world where companies don't show much care to their customers, I know how important it is to give white glove service. Nathan James has outstanding service. You would think their employers are trained by the Ritz Carlton. They went above and beyond for my needs regarding questions, a shipping glitch, etc, and I'll be sure to order for them again. They get it, and I appreciate that.”

“I contacted costumer support because during the move I lost one piece to remount my shelf in my new home. I spoke with Cameron- who was FANTASTIC!!! He definitely went above and beyond to help me. All communication was done via email and he was super quick with responses and went way out of his way to get me the part I needed. I normally dread contacting customer support for anything, so this was a big deal for me. I also never leave reviews or comments for anyone or anything, but I definitely wanted to give him the recognition he deserves. I would have hated to not have that shelf I love so much because of a single part. I’ll definitely be returning as a customer because of great customer support I received. Thank you again Cameron!!!!”

“Superb design plus good value materials and quality means we’ve now added three beautiful stylish pieces to our homes at an affordable price. We’d hope to spend more on furniture after our gut remodel in Palm Springs but inflation and high demand for service providers took a toll. After a marathon of “value” shopping I found Nathan James and achieved the style and function I wanted for considerably less than you’d think by looking at my new pieces. All were shipped with care, easy to assemble and were more than satisfied!”

“Received a Nathan James TV stand from my daughter for my birthday, but the package was missing 2 of the legs! I wrote to Nathan James to see if I could obtain the 2 legs, and they offered to send me a whole new TV stand! Talk about excellent support for their products! Now I have my new TV stand set up in our guest bedroom and the TV looks great on it! Thank you, Nathan James, for ensuring I was able to use my birthday gift!”

“Arrived quickly. Instructions were thorough and easy, only about 15 minutes for each barstool. Quality is EXCELLENT! Totally impressed for the price, and the warranty the furniture comes with. Way nicer than the Ashley Furniture brand that I paid 4x more for! I will absolutely buy this brand again. Really nice stools!!!”
