“Excellent customer service and warranty! After assembling my Nathan Lane desk I noticed that the desk was wiggly and unstable due to an issue with one of the legs. Customer service addressed my issue quickly and sent me everything I needed to have a stable desk. It was quick and easy and I would repurchase from Nathan James for the customer service and warranty alone.”

“What’s not to love?!?! We got the Amalia Counter Stools. The quality surpasses our expectations and they look great! About 6 months later, one of the footrest snapped. Nathan James stood by their word and took care of us! Not only was Cameron, our rep, so friendly and helpful, he followed up afterwards to make sure we received our shipment and that everything was OK. I would DEFINITELY order from here again!!”

“What a fantastic company. I ordered 4 of the Hylie bar stools and a table and 2 bar stool set. One of the stools had a wrong part and customer service replaced the whole stool as soon as the new shipment came. No hassle. I will be buying more furniture from them!”

“The customer service was frankly the best I have experienced. One month into ownership I noted a flaw. There was a ripple that was not apparent in certain lighting. Once I rotated the table to better show off the nesting feature, it was clearly visible. I reached out and received a prompt response. I sent photos upon request and Cameron agreed to send a replacement right away. He send two more emails. One to confirm my address and the other to provide the tracking number. It arrived within a week and is in perfect condition. I assume flawed goods is a rare occurrence because Cameron was far more concerned with the integrity of the company, furniture quality, and customer satisfaction than he was about the cost associated with the replacement process. I learned years ago that it is not so much what went wrong with a customer, it is how you follow up. Nathan James Home Furnishings is a company I will definitely recommend and likely seek to buy from again.”

“Amazing customer service! I had a small issue with an item I ordered and reached out to customer service, they responded quickly and immediately fixed the problem, kept in great communication and even followed up to make sure everything turned out ok! My new bookshelves look fantastic and I am super happy with the whole experience! “My desk and nightstand was really easy to assemble. The desk did come with some scratches in the wood on one leg. The TV stand looks great but was lengthy to assemble. Overall love the style of all of my pieces!”

“We ordered the Harper side table. The table is great and looks exactly as described. It was less than 5 minutes to put it together. The only thing I would change is the amount of packaging waste. A lot of styrofoam to break down and throw away. A lot of cardboard to recycle”

“Amazing- assembly is simple enough my 11 year old son could put it together and my husband attached it to the wall! It looks great and the shelves match the online picture perfectly! I am very pleased and would purchase again!”
