Disappointing customer service. Link to program was not activated. leading to frustration and waste of time . Then NBI just blew me off. I have used NBI for my organizations in the past, as well as for personal continuing education, what happened to their customer service? Worst in the industry.

Honestly….for $416 it was an absolute embarrassment. The final presenter was uninspired , to put it kindly. I’d like to hire him independently to cure my chronic insomnia. This subject matter is interesting and important. The totality of this $416 joke transformed it to the DaVinci code. Oh, and the technical difficulties at the end was the cherry on top. Send me a check or credit, not a coupon for more punishment. And your pricing? Even if taught by Socrates it was out of line. Gee, hope that helps.

Friendly, helpful members of the company. A variety of interesting topics, well done by the presenters. Accommodating to when wanted on-demand programs. I would like shorter programs because I am almost a septuagenerian. The price for unlimited for a year fits my needs. Therefore this is the best buy on the market for me.

Disappointed with the content. Very little time was spent on the topics of reviewing and summarizing medical records and too much time was given to the concepts around protected information. While understanding how to handle protected information is important it is not a significant contributor to the actual summarization of medical records. Amy Johnson was the only presenter that provided any relevant information.

Good presentation on what is a fairly technical area of the law. The first presenter was my favorite because he was so clearly well-versed in our state law. The moderator was terrific.

Excellent, pragmatic review of the problems of all lawyers who litigate. This program provided a fresh look at many familiar issues. The panel obviously experienced and presented well.

Seminars and speakers are generally good. I much prefer live, in-person seminars. Much better interaction with attendees when seminars are in person. Often, it's the interaction and attendees' comments and questions that make a seminar much better that the "good" rating I provided. If there was a rating somewhere between "acceptable" and "good," that would be my overall rating.

My experience with NBI interviews is generally positive. However, certain presentations can be hit-or-miss. For example, I recently purchased and listened to Mediation: Start to Finish. The first two presenters were very fine and extremely helpful The final presenter was very poor, and should not be permitted to present again with NBI. It would be helpful if NBI did a better job screening potential presenters.

Long and really good professional and personal relationships with "my" NBI staff ("managers"). The work-product content is always interesting and thorough in the seminars, the materials are spectacularly well edited, the support personnel running the web-connections and the scheduling managers are competent, polite and generally just wonderful to work with. And the range of subjects offered is amazing and on-point useful. "Glad I met ya's..."
